Don’t support this business, they have no clue how to treat their customers who spend thousands of dollars with them. Lots of other options in the area, just a little drive.

Seen like a luxury, worried if everything will be expensive, never visited before.
The first time I visited today, everything was so good and good value.

Bone & Biscuit on 23rd Ave well exceeds any other pet store we visit in service, value, and variety.
Service: every single staff member knows our dog Lilo. When we walk through the door we are instantly greeted with smiles, pets, and treats and what dog wouldn’t love that. It’s like going to grandmas house where no matter what, grandma will spoil you and give you all of the attention. Beyond this, as a human customer, the staff has gone above and beyond helping navigate Lilo’s many allergies and health challenges - and more.
Value: I’ve been to all the big box pet stores, boutique pet stores, I won’t name them here but - yes, I’ve been there. Bone & Biscuit always has what we need or something new, and their prices are better than the other places. If they had a dog wash station here I would never go anywhere else.
Variety: for a dog with allergies, variety can be a challenge but Bone & Biscuit never ceases to amaze me. They always have exciting new products I don’t see in the other pet stores. This allows Lilo a chance to have treats and live her best life.
Thank you to each of the staff at the 23rd and rabbit hill location. Each one of you truly makes our customer experience amazing and something we look forward to.

Staff are super helpful, remember us by name..er dog's name mostly, but what food they like, dog types, our points balance before looking in the computers, etc. Very great and highly recommend this be the 1 stop shop for all your pet needs. Heck just stop by to see what customer service ACTUALLY looks like! Amazing job.

Chris, the owner is awesome. So knowledgeable and helpful. The products her serves are of premium quality, and the prices are reasonable. They have specials on Tuesdays ( for toys) and Thursdays ( for treats) where you receive 15% off on items purchased that day. Definitely recommend it to all animal lovers looking for premium quality food for their pets.We bought this backpack for Feona from Chris. She loves it.

It is always a joy to come into the store. The staff is very knowledgeable and always have the customer and their pets’ best interests at heart. It is very evident that all the staff and the ownership truly love giving dogs and cats the best lives they can through what they do.
