I’ve always taken my car to another shop in town because of prior accidents and assumed they did a good job in fixing my vehicle, but apparently they didn’t. “If I could leave 6 out of 5 stars, I would - Ivan went above and beyond for me. They did excellent work, and recommended some better, cheaper ways of doing the repairs than my insurance adjuster had come up with, including flawless paint colour matching, which my insurance was pushing to do completely separately. Ivan also personally spent 2h doing tedious wiring work to fix a faulty door lock I had mentioned - unrelated to my collision damages - for free.Ivan is willing to fight for his customers' best interests, even when that costs him some profit. In my case it was apparent that my repair & claim would barely break even, with the cost-saving measures he himself recommended, but he still went out of his way to always talk and explain things, and deliver top-quality work. When we would talk, it was also clear how he does well by his staff, too.I was so so impressed by Ivan's integrity - the complete opposite of one of those bigger flashy shops who are just out to get a bigger paycheck. 110% recommended for anyone wanting honest, caring work, he deserves a ton of business and good karma. “The other day my moonroof completely stopped working. I tried everything and couldn't close it. I called numerous shops and none of them seem to have wanted to deal with it. I went to the dealership and they tried but to no avail, then wanted to book me in 5 days later but they would’ve taken longer and probably charged an arm and a leg from the sounds of it. I was about to cave in and then I saw Frank’s Auto Body on Google.I’m glad I clicked on it because as soon as I called, the young man on the phone sounded confident about fixing it. He even walked me through what they might do to figure it out. I like how he didn’t outwardly say no but rather asked questions that seemed reasonable to aid in understanding what happened. After that I was sure that they could do it and didn’t call any other places.Considering it was an emergency for me, he asked me to bring in the car right away and see what they can do before they close, I stopped by and they did a quick diagnosis, but the job looked like it would need more than 30 minutes so he was able to squeeze me in the next day. I didn’t have to wait for weeks like the other shops suggested.Blessings in disguise for real because they were able to fix it in a timely manner. I got my car back within a few hours. They really saved me from a lot of headache. And of course I got a discount! Then it rained the next day but I was lucky that they fixed it before the rain!!! Alhamdulillah ❤️”
