Had a bad experience at this location. the girl I believe her name is Emily was helping my wife find our daughter a pair of jeans. my wife patiently waited for her to come back but she never did. turns out she forgot about them. as well as being rude and condescending. horrible customer service.

I went to Boathouse in West Edmonton Mall for the first time and had an incredibly positive experience: greeted immediately, was shown the apparel I was looking for, and received many suggestions on what would suit my body type and style. The employee Dez was integral in helping me…. She should probably get a raise because her service was phenomenal. Then at the check out, the store manager, Burgandy, was wonderful… she should probably become the new owner of the company! All I’m saying is that this is a solid store and deserves more credit!

AMAZING store, staff is awesome. I looked everywhere for the white carhartt hoodie- they had 1 left and held the store for me as I ran from the other end of the mall at closing. Forever grateful ???
