“I needed some repairs done on my bike with Campagnolo components and Mavic wheels. I booked an appointment with PRW, I brought my bike in over lunch, and they had it repaired and ready to ride for the end of the day. I think my bike would have been in the shop for a couple of weeks waiting for parts if I took it somewhere else. I highly recommend PRW, especially for their knowledge and expertise with road and CX bikes with European components and parts!”

“Could not love redbike more, I would rate higher than 5 if I could. I started going into the shop summer last year when I found a real passion for riding my old Schwinn mountain bike to work. The bike was ten years old, and I had ridden it hard that whole time, tires were bald, I still loved it! Wasn't long after riding it to work that I got a flat, and then another...(lots of glass on the roads, I never commuted before then with the bike) went into redbike the second time and they fixed me up in fifteen minutes with no problem, and for twenty dollars! (Which included the inner tube) The folks here are so incredibly kind, want to chat with you, want you to ride. They treated that old Schwinn from Canadian Tire like a king.Soon after I bought my new bike from them, Devinci Hatchet Claris 16s. First, purchasing the bike was a dream, easy, and the guys were all brilliant and kind, as always. I have ridden the bike hard ever since: commuting, trail riding, doing things I could never do before on the Schwinn because I never had the confidence. Whenever I had issues (which was often, because I was paranoid about every little creak) I would come back in and redbike would set my mind at ease, put me back on the road. Again, always so kind, enthusiastic, and they did all the tightening and adjustments for free...way too kind. The most recent example of their outstanding customer service was when I got some beautiful new tires (from the shop) and tried putting them on myself. Got the first one on but it wasn't set right, didn't want to continue and mess something up. Took it into redbike and they set the front tire right, did the rear, (both beautiful!) and gave me some great advice about doing it in the future. AND only charged me for the rear tire because the front one was already on...they are so generous with their expertise and work, again: standup people. Also, just to be clear, their work is of the highest quality, I go to them first.I was dreaming all winter of getting back on the bike, and I just went for my first commute today. Had to write this review to thank redbike and all the folks there for everything they do. Getting to bike brings so much joy into my life, none of it would have been possible without these people! Thank you all a million times, I will always be coming back!”

“Booked an appointment to DIY fix my bike which needed pretty much everything. Manager hooks me up with Colin and we start working. He taught me so much in 3 hours it was incredible. Explained things clearly, super patient, extremely knowledgeable and just a good guy to learn from. Fixed my bike from top to bottom with me doing some of the work. I dont usually praise people but this guy went so far beyond to help it was shocking. Prices are great and I felt like I was part of the project. I will be back for sure!!”
