I waited a lengthy time to purchase 3 products. The prior customer was being dealt with by 2 staff. Apparently I was told there are only 3 staff on at this time. Poor quality of service. Since there was a line up waiting for that particular purchase.

One staff that was there was very disguted of she frown her face she rough handles my stuffs didn't even tell no bag even when am trying to talk to her she keeps giving this disgusting look but I observed after me she communicate with the other costumer I believe she discriminate she speaks in her language with her other staff and laughs making me uncomfortable she has to learn that this country is multicultural and she can't be racial profiling even if she hates those kind of people and the place is disgusting asmells strong chemical the shopping carts are old and hard to push when shopping its keeps going different directions..Some good finds but stuffing need more profession training I know the pay might not be good but if u nice to customer s u will attract more

this store is disgustingly filthy, disorganized and whole chaotic mess. i guess no one has basic cleaning or organizing skills. all the food is expired from a year ago. rude and irritated staff especially the ladies, lol learn how to speak to customers. the idiot constantly talking on the tv's are honestly so annoying and a stupid thing to even have. do better. even the thrift store is better than this filthy place.

Let's start with the good things: they have a huge variety of items for reasonable prices.However, this specific store is just not worth it.- The staff are rude, they have their walkie-talkies turn very loud, yet they are always shouting across the store at one another.-The entire store is filthy, messy, and very disorganized.-Their checkout lines are usually long because they only have one or two tills open.-All their food products, BEWARE. I understand that items are edible after the BB date, but this should be advertised on each product. They should also be doing quality checks of the expired products.- All the screens are on and turned loud in every corner of the store.I was at the store a few days ago to purchase a rug and I went to the checkout where there were two female staff members talking. Neither of them greeted me, they continued talking while I stood at the checkout and nobody else was there. Finally one went to the register and unpleasantly demanded that I turn the rug around so she could scan it. Zero pleasantries. Zero information about their return policy. Zero desire for me to return.NOTE: I have been to several other Bianca Amor stores. None of them are like this - THIS LOCATION IS THE PROBLEM.RECOMMENDATION: Go to the other Edmonton location!

Okay but my first time here and they forgot to take out the tags from one of the clothes I got. It's an honest mistake but enough to make me mad because it's my best of the lot and this place is not close to where I stay

I came here Monday September 25 around 4pm, I’m shocked at how rude some of the staff is here, specifically Vicky, I was looking for a mirror so I can try on a few things, so I approached Vicky to ask where a mirror could be found & before I even finished my question she puts up her index finger to me while walking away completely ignoring me, I ended up just putting all my stuff back and leaving the store. horrible customer service and for that reason I don’t care to give this place my business.

A great place to buy stuff that you don't expect to last, as you won't be disappointed. It reminds me of the great Honest Ed's, but without the personality atmosphere.

Great store. Lots of deals to find. This store has everything, you just have to take the time to look. This trip we picked up 8 curtain panels , at least 1/3 of the price anywhere else and much better quality. Even premium area rugs are less than 1/2 price of what the Brick sells exact ones for. Definitely recommend this store

They have some good deals. Need to check best before dates on all food. I saw some items that had a best before date 2 years ago. Also need more than 2 cashiers open. Long line ups and only 2 cash open yet lots of staff not looking busy.
