The staff were all very helpful. Had multiple issues with my vehicle and was given a very fair estimate.Timely repair and courtesy vehicle. I usually do most repairs myself,and take pride in the work I do. I can say they pride themselves in the work and details.

Marty Bettcher is an honest and extremely professional mechanic. He also offered to shine my headlamps with a product that made a HUGE DIFFERENCE to my yellowed old lights, and I would recommend you ask about it, WOW! I love that they have a vehicle loaner program as well. I've met great people and had wonderful vehicle repair experiences at Bettcher's. Highly recommended!

Always there to help first. I have been coming here for years and have no intention of changing that. The little things like "come in we will scan it and see if it truly needs work" without taking the care in for billable hours shows awesome integrity.

I have been taking my vehicle to Bettcher's for years. My company trusts them enough to have all of our trucks serviced there, so it was an easy choice. Their service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the work is always completed quickly and reasonably priced. 10/10

Always friendly and helpful, no upselling unnecessary work, transparent about issues they find that need to be addressed. Courtesy vehicles are nothing fancy, but will get you where you need to go when you need extensive work done, and that's more than you can ask of other places. They're out of my way, but I will always take my vehicles here. They have people who can do most anything, including electrical work. At the end of the day, they can get it done and be good to deal with the whole time.
