I've had two great experiences using Best Choice Automotive for an electrical repair followed by a mechanical repair. Denzel and Josh have great communication with their customers and great prices relative to other options. I would highly recommend.

This auto repair shop is my favorite place to get fix my older car. Even though, I live far away from the shop I happily, choose to be a customer of the company. Because the trust of the people that work hard there, I always choose to get an honest opinion that Gordon and Josh provide for my car. It’s not often I write a review, but this time, I must admit, that this amazing auto repair shop, does outstanding service. Especially, I must say a big thank you….!!!….to Danzel who was professional and honest about my Ford Taurus. Danzel was very knowledgeable and attentive to smallest details when it came to fixing my car. Very friendly and pleasant place to visit. Big shout out to DANZEL!!!

Researched around the area on who’d be the most honest spot for an OOP Inspection and no regrets picking out Best Choice indeed. Dealt with Denzel and you will be taken care really good. Had some minor issues but was made aware you dont have to get them fixed and was just for my awareness. Nothing pushed and everything worked out well. Super recommended, thank you Denzel and staff

If you're looking for a new automotive service, look no further. I recently brought my car to Edmonton and needed an out-of-province inspection. After reading great reviews, I decided to give them a call. They fit me in within a day or two, and when I arrived, Denzel was incredibly reassuring, taking the time to explain everything to me. The inspection was done in just a couple of hours (at a very reasonable price), and I was on my way.
Since then, I’ve returned to Denzel’s shop for oil changes and winterizing my car, and each time they've done a great job. They found me a great set of winter tires and rims—organizing the order and making sure they were reasonably priced. I had an issue with the sensors on my original tires that another mechanic said they couldn’t fix, and Denzel and his team were able to find a solution, no problem.
They’re always responsive and easy to talk to, and they go above and beyond to be helpful. When I thought there was an issue with the vehicle, Denzel told me to stop by whenever, and he would take a quick look—no appointment or fee necessary. Every time I visit, the team is in great spirits and genuinely cares about their customers. Watching how they treat others, it’s clear I’m not the only one getting this service.
If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, this is your spot. Hands down the best experience I’ve had —highly recommend!

Denzel and his team were awesome! I believe they did a thorough and great job on my new poni. They fit me in, redid the inspection and promptly made all repairs to my car. I appreciated the personal care, communication and attention to detail from Denzel. Would highly recommend.

My family has been going to Best Choice Automotive to see Gord, Josh, Denzel, and their excellent team of mechanics for about 14 years now. They've provided consistent service over this period of time, and for me, that speaks volumes to their core character. Honest and candid about what needs to be done, never up-selling or performing shoddy work to "make" repeat customers.
I recently sold my Mustang, and Best Choice Automotive was able to squeeze us in last-minute for a pre-sale inspection to help facilitate the deal. Giving both me and my buyer a detailed report and peace of mind in the sale. Thank you, Denzel!

We took our vehicle in for a OOP inspection. It was done in a timely manner. The new owner, Denzel, was very friendly and informative. They told us the cost of the inspection when we booked the appointment, so there were no surprises. We were hoping that we wouldn't get ripped off, and they wouldn't tell us that our vehicle needed a bunch of repairs. They found nothing wrong with our car. Denzel told us about an issue that our make and model of car can sometimes have, and to keep an eye out for it. Great information so we can be pro-active. I feel like he is an honest business owner and I would recommend this business to others. I have no doubt that we will go back there when we do need to have repairs done.

We were expecting a huge bill to fix the ac in the truck..., and we got wonderful service...a clear explanation of what the issue was...and a lot smaller bill! 100% will be back here for any other car repair!
