The staff have no knowledge of their products. The girl assigned to help me was googling my questions and was unable to find someone else to help. This place is a joke.

Recently purchased xbox console from this store that was supposed to have included the xbox ultimate game pass included. I had to drive from out of town to this specific store because it was the only one near by that showed it had this particular Xbox in stock. I showed the staff the ad from the BestBuy website which showed they had two in stock. I checked with them several times to make sure the game pass was included. They informed me it would be inside the box. It's a good thing I decided to check and set the Xbox up before Christmas or else I'd have some upset children because guess what.... no xbox game pass in the box. Tried to call the store but you're unable to contact the store directly just Best Buy customer support which hopefully will eventually get it sorted out. I took all the proper steps to make sure this wouldn't occur but due to lack knowledge from the Best Buy staff, here I am jumping through hoops trying to make sure this is setup properly for Christmas.

Been trying to get ahold of them for 2 hours regarding an order but no one answers, the main line says the store is closed, the 866 number doesn't know how to get into contact with them. Just absolutely useless.

Very friendly customer service ! Was able to help me find everything I needed for my Christmas shopping:) great sales & prices in store. Definitely recommend this location ! Very knowledgeable staff:)

Surprised staff know difference between a laptop and a desktop. Sure do not know the difference between a Lenovo Legion Go or Asus ROG Ally. Sure glad I spent an hour drive to be told to order it to the store so I have to drive another hour to pick it up, even though it shows them as not only having stock, but having 2. More than likely the salesperson just gave up after minimal effort in looking.

Nice store with lots of displays. I was able to get assistance right away. The woman who helped me was very friendly and was quick to retrieve my order. Good location.

Ordered an item from BestBuy Tracking stopped three days after order date stallion delivery was kind enough to tell me it might be 6 to 10 business days. 8/15 days

Atrocious customer service. While purchasing a new cellphone and plan I was misinformed by staff. A primary concern of mine was getting a plan that offered the Koodo "auto-pay" discount. I asked several times and was assured that I would receive the auto pay discount with my new plan. After a couple months of not receiving it, I called Koodo and was informed that the plan I signed up for was ineligible for the auto pay discount, and that I could not change my plan without a significant penalty. An establishment should not sell cellphones and plans if they cannot give customers accurate information.

After hearing the manager of the Sherwood Park store tell my husband to go to the Staples down the road to buy a product from them because she didn't want to deal with the questions! Disgusting service. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone that wants a good experience. In fact if I could give less than 1 star then that's what I would do.
I guess the only thing to do is go to the Staples for my future purchases.
Best Buy Sherwood Park should be ashamed of this manager and their incredibly terrible service and hire someone who knows how to speak and answer customer questions.
It was a complete waste of time.
