Went in to get some major appliances, met with the general manager Mo and was so amazed at the customer service. He was so friendly and very personable. Arvind in appliances helped us out as well and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. It was fully stoked, super clean and was a very professional setting. Highly recommend bestbuy skyview.

Working at Best Buy has been an incredible experience so far. The team is exceptionally welcoming, creating a supportive environment that makes coming to work enjoyable. Everyone collaborates and helps each other out, fostering a sense of community. Management genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth, offering plenty of opportunities for development. I tried to purchase a Chromebook from this location. The store didn't have any models available so one was ordered and was supposed to be shipped to my house. The Chromebook was for my daughter's school. I received notification from Purolator that the address was incorrect and needed to be updated. So I called and had them correct it. I received a second notification from Purolator saying the address was incorrect yet again. When I called back to best buy, they admitted they had entered the postal code incorrectly. They said they fixed it. Purolator sends me ANOTHER notice saying the address was incorrect, followed shortly by another message saying that the item was now undeliverable for whatever reason. I will now have to wait for a refund, and find another location to by a Chromebook while my Daughter still waits. This has been an absolute atrocious experience and has greatly effected my daughters school year and we are only 3 weeks in. If I could give a 0 I would. Unbelievable. UPDATE it has been a month and I still have not heard back from Best buy or received my refund. I have tried to speak with Best Buy 4 times now. I will never be shopping at best buy again.

We had an issue with an Item that we purchased. Aanchal at the 137th street Best Buy location was so helpful. She listened to our concerns and went over all our options. In the end she helped us find a solution that solved our problem.
We are very happy with the customer service she provided us.

Worse customer service ever. People ignore, no associates to be found, the ones that came to help were NOT knowledgeable about the area they were in! Do not come to Edm north best buy in Edmonton.

Worse of the worse customer service ever! I did a service request for my phone, after been paying for my insurance, they took the phone and kept me with no phone for the last 3 month! I called everyone, talked to all the managers, they kept saying will get back to you! But never did! Never ever buy anything from them!!

My husband just got a new phone and David was amazing. Forget going to an actual Roger's, Bell, Telus store. Best experience getting a new phone in a long time. Incredibly helpful and thoughtful. 10 out of 10 experience.
