This isn't for this store, but the head office, the 2 employees that helped were great.
I went there to buy ink, and there was no selection, tons of space where there could have stock. But they want you to order it online. When you need ink, it's because you run out. If i was someone who timed my ink out well enough where ordering would make sense, i would use the epson subscription, not Best Buy!
Even if i wanted to buy a new printer, I'd buy some because the ones that come with the printer are pretty empty already.
It's like you're setting up your brick and mortar locations to fail.

The worst possible service, the worst possible experience I ever had in my life!!!! First, website doesn't work properly, I am not able to add item in carts. False advertising of online shopping, the pure example of it!!! It shows you option to buy protection online, when you try to do that, you are not able to. Thinking that I am the problem, I called the store to place order. After placing the order, I am asking about protection. The employee is telling me that he will transfer me to the department after he gives me order number, and with that order number I can get protection added. I am losing 1 hour of my time, just so another employees tell me that first I cannot get protection online (I have to go to the store), while another employee is telling me that I can get protection online after purchasing membership. Which actually means not buying protection but they have free service for members. Poorly informed people, wasted my time for nothing, I am very angry and I will make sure I spread to all community that I am in touch at UofA that Best Buy is the worst possible option to buy anything!!!!

Seriously the worst customer service.. I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for atleast some attention from the sales associates there. I went to check out gaming monitors.. The sales rep treated me very poorly, the whole time she was rude as if i am getting the product on her money. she simply showed me the location, didn’t care to explain me about the product and left saying nothing. I didn’t note her name.. I had to google and look for product specifications on my own. I was looking for any reps there to help me out for the checkout, since i had no clue about the procedure whether i should do the checkout or someone has to do it.. I literally stood there for nearly 10 mins couldn’t find anyone, so i carried to monitor to the billing area on my own to checkout. When i was carrying it halfway, then someone stopped me and did the billing.. That person was kind and we had some small talk (giving one star only for that lady) too bad i didn’t note her name too, I was waiting to exit the store quickly, I really hated being there. Horrible service. Best buy should really hire people who does their job.

to share my recent experience to raise awareness and encourage caution. I purchased a TV in-store on Monday, with the expectation it would be installed and mounted by Friday at 9 a.m., as initially scheduled. When I visited the store later that day to follow up, I was informed that they couldn’t locate my order in their system, even after I provided my receipt. Unfortunately, they were unable to proceed with the installation that day.
I requested a refund, but after a 10-minute delay, a staff member informed me that they did not have sufficient cash in-store to issue it. I returned the following day (Saturday) only to experience another delay of 30 minutes, after which I was advised the installation would be rescheduled for the following Tuesday. However, I later received an email confirming a booking for Monday instead. When I approached the manager for clarification, it became clear that there was a lack of coordination and oversight in the store’s operations.
At this point, I am still waiting to receive either my TV or a refund. This experience has been disappointing, and I would recommend others exercise caution when dealing with this store to avoid similar frustrations.

Wish I could give them zero star. There was a salesperson at the store, who was just insisting on and forcing me to talking to her not to any other sales person!!!!! It was evident she baldly needed commission from selling a laptop to me!!!!!

I Have to wait 20 min
For doing payment even other employees were free
one female employee went outside instead of taking customer and was smoking
And also have too many wrong price tags in store

was followed around the store like i was a criminal and then shuffled between checkouts, all in all making what should have been a quick 5 minute purchase instead take over half an hour

Sold me an Xbox that has cooling problems, ("brand new in the box") so it shuts off at any given moment. Refused my receipt when I brought it in, terrible location.
