Tried to get a pair of headphones but apparently weren't in stock at all but they have the cards out?? So asked what they have that are close enough to them in secs and quality, No one could tell me anything.... obviously all are trained to sell but don't even know the product.. also anything computer wise go to Memory Express!! Here they don't know what they are saying and telling you lies about whats a good computer.. Not worth going here at all.

Ridiculous main company phone line asks several questions then has an error. Why not just have a phone number for each location to talk to a person? Won't be buying from them now.

Terrible store. I asked multiple people where two items were in the store and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. The front entry guy sent me to the back corner and then the lady there sent me back up front. The second item I was sent to the computer section and the guy looked at me like I had two heads. I was speaking in fluent perfect English and yet was misunderstood. Do these workers here not know English? Are they unaware of basic technology product names? Or is it both? Employees need better screening (fluency in local language is essential in service industry) or training (in tech lingo/english)
Then, when I went to actually to buy the first item there was one person working the till. Took way too long to get through. At least the man there was pleasant.

Normally I call directly to store ask a quick question ..then I go and but. I am always very busy and this saves time for me. Now I called and they put me through to a national customer service. They could not answer ...wow..I guess tests that.this is direction of poor service.

I brought my camera to your store on August 26, expecting the estimated two-week turnaround. However, I did not receive any communication by the end of that timeframe. When I visited the store on October 18, staff informed me that my camera had been received on October 4 but was misplaced, and they promised to update me. No follow-up call came, so I returned to the store on October 22, only to be informed that, while my camera was found, the battery was missing, and that I would be contacted yet again. As of today, I still have not received any follow-up.
This delay, compounded by the lack of communication and the lost battery, has caused me to miss four important shoots, leading to a significant financial loss and a strain on my client relationships. I trusted your team with my equipment and have been left feeling neglected and disappointed.

I just need to change the screen guard for my iPhone. Firstly the worker changed the glass 3 times saying I got the wrong glass.
‘The worker’ are randomly hired ? Waste my 45mins went to 3 counter for what ? Only a glass guard. Workers should respect everyone time is it the goal ? Of Best Buy never gonna purchase anything from Best Buy specially this location.

Bought some ps5 games at this location. The associate I dealt with made a point of telling me once the plastic on the case was open the game couldn't be returned.
I asked what happens if the product is faulty or broken and they said to contact Sony. There's no phone number on the receipt or any contact information for manufacturers warrenty. They weren't able to supply one.
I made the purchase anyway but just a heads up for people. Best Buy won't replace or refund any games if there's anything wrong. I think it's kind of silly.

Great customer service and accommodation from the Team Lead Jatin. I went in for a price match after talking to Best Buy’s customer service over the phone but was met with some hesitation in store. Jatin did a great job at resolving any issue. Friendly and positive attitude as well as professional in his explanations.

I recently visited this location and the service by the manager Jatin Singh Chhoker was above and beyond. He was very accomodating, patient, and smart which are great qualities for a manager.

DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR PHONE HERE! Trying to trade in a phone. Was told by Bestbuy Assistant Store leader --Parthiv Pandya-- that this particular Bestbuy has as internal policy that any iPhone traded in must be at 100% battery to be considered "Good" condition. But anything less than "good" condition takes off hundreds of dollars. In assessing my 13 Pro Max, "good" condition will pay $595 according to the Bestbuy website. My phone was under 100% battery life, so it's aribitrarily considered "fair" condition, which reduces the value to $238. My battery capacity was at 88%. The Bestbuy 15 questions are clear, but he went out of his way to make up additional conditions. Be aware that this location is managed by someone who will rip a client off in order to benefit the company. Is this Bestbuy policy? I dont believe so, but this is the policy for this location, according to this rogue Assistant Store leader.
Follow up -- Got a response to contact the client care (see response from Bestbuy) to follow that link for Returns and Exchanges. Followed the link and they let me know that stores set their own policies. In the meantime, my review stands.

It was an amazing experience. Our Salesman Tysan was great with helping us with what we need and providing us with great deals! Experience was a 10/10!!
