I ordered a new Samsung galaxyS23 on line and picked up at this store on Oct. 13th. Unfortunately, the person who assisted me on the pick-up wasn't much interested in offering a helping hand. When I asked for help on transferring SIM card from my old phone to new phone, he didn't acknowledge nor respond. He even didn't look at me but just grabbled the phone and transferred Sim card. When I was trying to ask him a question, he was already walking away. It wasn't definitely anywhere close to the service you would expect. However, my experience was totally transformed from zero star to five star when I met these guys. For some reason, my new phone didn't pick up the data signal while calling and texting worked now problem. I tried all trouble shooting methods posted online but no luck. I ended up taking it back to this store on Oct. 23rd. These two guys, Avneet and Bharat went above and beyond trouble shooting my phone and tried more than dozens phones to test my Sim card. It turned out to be my data plan was the issue but these guys (specially Avneet) spent a couple hours in narrowing down the causes and diagnosing the issue and even used his own phone to check my Sim card. If you are disappointed with the service at this store, you have a wrong service person. Go ask Avneet and you would not be disappointed.

Went there with an issue with my phone service. Was given a rediculously large charge after I signed up with a new contract. They gentleman there fixed it in no time. Was helpful, curtious, empathetic to my situation. Thanks again.

These guys sold me a phone. Wrote down my email wrong, wrote down my 4 digit pin wrong. Went back a few weeks later for assistance and they just tell me to get lost. Horrible scammers work here. Smile when they sell you the phone. Worse then drug dealers

Bought iPhone 14 pro max from this store. The staff gave me wrong deal which I never asked for and are neither accepting their mistake not rectifying it. Above all this they were very rude. Definitely Best Buy made a mistake hiring them.

They should update the hours online. Its says they are open till 9pm. On the door at the store it closes at 7pm. How many people show up thinking they are open? I guess that's why they are barely making a go of it 11am to 7pm a huge store only open 8hrs

Bought a new kindle cord there and when I was overcharged due to a special order status that was incorrect, the customer service was brilliant in that they understood my complaint immediately, didn't question or argue with me, and immediately gave me a refund. THAT is how you retain loyal customers.

Do i have an option to give minus to the customer service by store manager. I was there to buy three phone but after looking at manager’s behaviour I didn’t buy anything.
