I had a broken valve that required replacing, Bernie’s knowledge and work is exceptional. Replaced the valve and piping with a far better layout than the factory provided. Price was very reasonable, I will definitely use in the future and would highly recommend.

After hours of searching the internet for why my breaker was tripping, I reached out to Bernie. I sent him a description of the issue and my troubleshooting steps. He got back to me right away and was able to identify an issue with my electrical over the phone. Was extremely helpful. Can’t recommend reaching out enough.

I have used Bernie’s repair service twice, both with excellent results. He was the only service company to return my call when the element went a year ago. He completed the repair and hot tub has been running great since.Second call: Bernie called me minutes after sending him a text. A few questions to get a better understanding of my issue. I tried some of his suggestions but was still having issues. Another phone call from Bernie to ask a few more questions. Process of elimination and Bernie was able to solve my problem over the phone.Very helpful. He is my first phone call for hot tub problems.

Bernie was able to come service our hot tub on the same day that I had called and did a great job. We are not very experienced with hot tubs but he kindly explained some fundamental maintenance tips and got our hot tub up and running for the winter. We will be using Bernie for all of our future hot tub needs. Thanks!

We rented a pool water heater and a pump to be used in our 12 feet above the ground pool. Bernie is knowledgeable, reliable and honest. He is very straight forward person, sometimes misunderstood as rude from others. Even though he has negative reviews let me tell you he is the only one in the city providing this service and he is a very nice person as well. My husband, my little one and myself thank him for his service.Bernie will recommend your service to our family and friends. Keep the good and honest good work.

Called for a repair to a leaking fitting and I was trying to avoid my tub freezing. Had everything exposed and ready to repair. He tells me "nah I dont feel like going anywhere tonight". Now I write a review while I drain my tub so it doesnt freeze. That's the kind of guy this is. Thanks bud.

We recently lost our home due to flood and a very young family member . My daughter wanted a hot tub to remind her of her sister .My 2nd online call was to Bernies hot tub who said he was getting a high end hot tub for free cause the owner never used it anymore . He sent pictures and I offered him 3k plus installation sight unseen after talking to a dealer about it.Well instead of discussing price I got rude abusive name calling texts .I'm not sure who this person thinks he is however he should have his business licence pulled and be forced to do something nice for the community for a few months .Bernies got 1 star because there is nothing lower !Bernies Very Rude , Abusive and Name calling for no reason.We are true Edmontonians and there is no place for this type of Buisness/Person in our Beautifull city .Thank you

What an insanely horrible service experience! I got him to stop in for service before winter to yet find out I have a leak which he did not catch!!!!! Called him to service my jets and the hot tub for winter. First he couldn't change the jet... couldn't explain why...and then he said my hot tub is all good ...I called him to come check on my hot tub because I have a leak and he explained he is unable to come for a month . Paid him to do his job and he was incapable of noticing this issue. I highly do not recommend bernies hot tub sales as they have screwed me over right before winter!!!

This place should be Called Bernie's Hot Tub Time Machine Repair! That is just what Bernie did for us. He brought our hot tub back in time. She sat empty for 5 years before I was motivated to get it fixed. After a short call to Bernie he gave me all the information I needed. Took a day to get some other quotes and booked him for service just a few days later. He charged me less than we discussed on the phone, replaced the pump, the control unit, and filter. I should also mention he was over $1200 cheaper than the other quotes I received. Bernie had our tub cleaned, up and running in very short order. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you need anything hot tub related THIS IS THE GUY!!!!

What an awesome experience from start to finish. Rented a hot tub from Bernie for my 50th birthday. So simple. Bernie showed up at the agreed-upon time, and within an hour we had a wicked-awesome hot tub ready to rock in our back yard. The water temp was easy to regulate/get nice and hot/cool down with a blast of fresh cold water. Highly recommending to friends around town. Thanks Bernie!
