I went here to exchange an item and the older guy working here was so rude to the other guy trying to help him and he wasted my time because he refused to let the other guy help and I had to wait for him to figure out how to do the exchange. His behavior was so unprofessional.

John created a welcoming environment as soon as we entered! I haven’t experienced that kind of customer service until today. he was super helpful in finding Christmas gifts for my family and was super kind the whole time.

Came in with my mom to buy stuff and there were specific workers (a guy and a girl) were just gossiping the whole time I was there shopping, a little irresponsible in my opinion. But other than that it is a very welcoming place!

Absolutely great customer service, John helped me out greatly in finding the jeans I was looking for. I didn’t have a belt and he gave me his shoelace string. It was a great environment inside of the store and they made me feel very comfortable buying my jeans. I didn’t catch the other employees name but he was excellent as well. I appreciate the service very much and will be back very soon!

John helped my friends and I and was the upmost caring and supportive customer service giving person I have ever seen. He even gave my friend without a belt his own shoelace to wear his pants he just bought. Somone who should really be appreciated in this day and age working in retail. Very genuine and hardworking employe.-Logan

Worst customer service of my life. Clearance item was marked down to $34 but was ringing up as $68 that is very false advertisement and for the cashier not to even know what she’s doing saying she can’t honour the final sale price is beyond ridiculous and I think she needs more training and experience with customer service.

I believe his name was John, he was a younger guy probably early 20s if that, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I went to the change room with one jacket and he brought me 2 shirts, 2 jackets, and 5 pairs of pants that he thought I’d like and I loved it all. He brought a pair of pants I’d never reach for, I tried them on and LOVED them! He deserves a raise and this store was the best experience I had in the mall all day
