Amazing experience, had to sell some of my gold jewelry as I needed emergency funds. I was blown away with the offer as I was not expecting much. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful with all my questions. I give them all the stars in the universe but I am only allowed to add 5 here.

Very friendly, courteous people. The store is full of interesting antiques, it's worth spending hours to study everything. And by the way, I was shortened the bracelet on my watch for free. Great place.

Mr. Beck was very knowledgeable and kind. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I had no idea what to do with my mother’s jewelry after she died. He took time to go through all of it. I am grateful. I ended up seeking out his help because he was with the BBB.

We stopped into this shop while browsing West Edmonton mall and we are we pleased that we did! The staff was fantastic (in particular the individual with the fantastic mullet) sorry I didn't catch your name. All of the staff was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. This was our favorite store to visit and glad we got a little trinket to take back to Sudbury. If your thinking of stopping by your won't be disappointed! Make sure to check out the spooky cabinet ;)

I text a picture of a ring that had a broken band and needed a ring saudered also.I was sent a text back with the cost and that the band would need to be rebuilt, .I dropped it off on Monday and was called Wednesday morning that they were ready to be picked up.They did a terrific job on both rings.I would never go anywhere else now.I had taken a ring to be resized at another jeweller and it took 2 weeks to size my ring and it ended up breaking on the band.Thankyou Beck for doing an excellent job and also cleaning them.Thanks, Brenda

Where to start with these guys... lol..I have had the pleasure of their service maybe.. 8 times. Never for much, and certainly probably not worth their time. However they have only once made me feel... a bit insulted. That was because while I went in to ask about some gold and silver rings and necklaces I was wanting to sell, before I mentioned that I asked about the gold plating on electronics. I had heard something about that and was curious. I should have saved that for last.. I think whoever I was talking to must have had a bunch of people come in with computer parts to try and sell.. I left very quickly. ?, but return a day later and spoke with beck senior Clint I believe. Again waisted his time, but he was very patient, friendly, explained the situation of the items i was appraising ( ended up being $100) i apologized for waisting his time, he laughed and said to come by anytime i had questions, and its never a waist of time. 3 more times I brought " valuable antiques " and 3 more times he gave me a .. better then he should have offer for my measly wears. Then I had to deal with Nicholas... his son? Night and day. Kind, professional, patient, but way more ergent! Great energy! Bought a camera from me, and when I said i found it for twice the price online he was very happy and patient to explain why. " well sir, the asking price and selling price are always on the opposite ends " lesson learned ?. Last experience was with the youthful looking lady? Friend of the family since childhood she said. This was regarding a rare coin that I "had" nope... " ,you can take it to our sherwood park office. Shes the coin expert, for a second opinion "... please tell your staff... her assessment was spot on.. my rare coin was great im the gumball machine. My point is.. every time I go in.. I make sure to politely tell them that they might be wrong, and that im sure that they missed something.. then they always take the time to explain in detail, as much as I need, until I'm educated on the days sale. NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY ARE! Not happy with their service? Speak up, and be patient and understanding.. because they get sooo many guys like me in there.. but speak up politely and they will always take the time to explain. Oh... and its a bloody business! Stop expecting them to pay you $100 for something thats worth $100
