I asked to look at sterling silver chain. She pointed to the price when I asked for 5 ft. Than showed me how much she was going to give me but obviously I can’t see the measurement. She gets me to hold one end and I said can you show me the measurement please with a measuring tape. She walks away mumbling in her language and pulls the end of the chain from my hands. Like no reason to be rude, they should show the measurements when it cost $22 a foot! I wanted to buy more but just bought the chain (for an out of town friend or I would have walked out). I was always happy to shop here but I will look elsewhere for supplies to avoid rude employees. Any time you purchase something that requires a measurement show the customer and do it with a smile on your face. Don’t like your job cause I made you do extra work lol then get a different job where you don’t need to interact with customers.

Didn't really have what I was looking for . They do have alot of necklace beads. Staff here is a little curt but still helpful. The parking isn't great.

Love this place, staff is great too. I miswrote the price on an item as $0.50/pc and the lady realized and double checked, then changed it to $0.20/pc. Very honest and kind.

Absolutely BONKERS selection. Like, an overwhelming amount of beads and accessories for beading. Good prices for good quality product. Definitely will be back!

Unfortunately I came here on Labour Day thinking it would be open as there was no indication of holiday schedule on website, and google hours showed as open. They were closed.?

Double check receipt before you leave. Even though prices were on products we got upcharged on items.

Great selection of beads, prices are just ok. It was about $35 for everything shown in the photos. Staff were helpful and we were able to find all the things we needed.
