We have had a Beachcomber hot-tub (the same one) for over 25 years. Yes it has needed a few parts from time to time but that’s where Beachcomber stands out. Lisa, the service coordinator is incredible, and if and when we may need a new tub, it will be a beachcomber! The Quality and Service is outstanding!

The best place to make your big purchase on a hot tub or swim spa. The staff are nice and prices are good. My husband and i were newbies when it comes to owning a hot tub and swim spa and the staff have been extremely helpful. lots of variety in products and the staff provide plenty of information for those who are new to owing these products. They definitely made our lives easy and less stressful when we first started out. Here we are a year later and they still continue to give excellent customer service.

Great location. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Parts department had no issues finding parts for my Hrdropool hot tub and warehouse staff was friendly and helped loaded my lid when I arrived.

Best hot tub company in the city. Always so helpful and the reward system is a great incentive. They test your hot tub water for you free of charge and will often answer any of my questions over the phone.
