“They have some amazing staff there. I have been with them for over 10 years now. Now, during the pandemic, I was tasked by my practicum with calling around to banks to find out how to advise seniors on protecting their bank accounts while not being able to go in to their branches. I called all the major banks and then this credit union. Most of the big banks had no way to talk with a live person. Servus had a live person answering the phones and she helped me to develop a plan to help seniors. What an amazing bank!”

“The service at this location absolutely deserves five stars. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make trips to the bank a pleasure. I did knock off a star for the wait times I occasionally encounter, though. I prefer this location to the Unity Square location because it is usually much quicker and has more parking, but some days the wait is just unmanageable. I walked in yesterday, near the end of the month when it stands to reason a bank would be busy and during the middle of the afternoon, and only two of the windows were open, one of which was being staffed by someone who appeared to just be training as she had a manager at her side instructing her. As the trainee was (understandably) taking a long while to process each task, this left the onus on the one other person to pick up the slack and on such a busy day, it was just impossible to keep things running smoothly. There are five or six windows at the counter - on days like this I really wish all of them were staffed so that line ups weren't quite so overwhelming. Otherwise, though, they've got a great team on hand!”

“I accidentally locked myself out of my avion credit card on the first day of my overseas vacation and wasted hours on the phone without any resolution with the number on the back of the card. They were however able to set up an appointment for me to talk to someone from a local branch to try to help me. Karanjit (I think he just moved to this branch from Sherwood Park) was SO helpful and reassuring in trying to help me resolve my mistake. He took the time to explain the best way to fix things and I really appreciated his patience amidst my panic. It was great customer service.”
