Sad to leave this review after hearing so many positive things about Award Automotive. I knew what was wrong with my car, but I was unable to repair it myself. I took my car in with the replacement part and asked Award to have a look. I got a phone call later telling me that wasn’t the issue and that it was going to cost $800+ to fix. I picked my car up and took it to another mechanic that installed the replacement part I provided and all is running smoothly.

I highly recommend Award Automotive. I thought I needed, at the very least, pads and rotors on the front and maybe the rear brakes needed attention as well. Turns out, I needed nothing. Do people understand how rare it is to find a car repair business with integrity, that doesn't try to upsell repairs?? I'm both impressed and grateful. When my car does need work, I'll be back!
