Nicole in service was great today. I showed up expecting service on my vehicle but my appointment ended up never being scheduled in. She was eager to get it resolved quickly for me and ended up getting my car in the service shop and made sure I got a loaner for the time being. She was exceptional and I will be happy to come back to Northgate Audi with people like her working here.

DONT GO HERE! Save your money and time. Audi has absolutely THE WORST service anywhere!!!! Rude, arrogant (and trust me , their techs are useless) Car has been in the shop9 times since April. 9 TIMES!!! Why cant you fix it properly. A tech that read a machine not a mechanic that will actually fix your car. Smh. I can read my computer reader too. Doesn't make me a mechanic. Doesn't make them one.either! My audi has been in this shop more than I have owned it. Terrible car, horrid service, pushy and very Rude salesman. Just don't do it. I have my lawyer drawing papers up to sue this dealership for improper work and care. So beware!!!!
So do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere and enjoy a car that works well after service and one your happy to own. Not one you wanna drive off a cliff! Audi is a brutal dealership! Don't go!

Disappointing and Pushy Experience
I recently inquired about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, working with a sales representative named Aldin. I was ready to pay the full price plus GST and an additional service fee. However, they refused to sell me the vehicle unless I also purchased an extended warranty — which is completely optional. I found this approach extremely pushy and unprofessional.
It felt like they were trying to pressure me into spending more than necessary. Both Aldin and one of the managers were involved in this situation, and it left me feeling as though they were more interested in upselling than providing good service.

Was in to pick up some parts and talked to Kylarae S. in service regarding recalls and warranty ect on Audi. Freindly helpful staff. They return calls promptly via text which is nice. Thanks for the help.

Would not be going back to this dealership . Salesperson Jackson , was pretty nice . They didn’t have the car I was looking for so he did his best to suggest other options which I appreciated . We sat down and started negotiating terms of a vehicle and gave me an offer before even seeing / test driving anything . Kept going back and forth to the manager to talk about coming up with an offer , this process went on for about 30-45 minutes . All of the sudden Aldin , jumps into the conversation in place of Jackson . Seemingly very urgent to close the deal . Brings back and offer and says here’s the deal I can get a vehicle here that your looking for but you have to sign first before you can even see it . Basically asks me for business, me feeling very rushed through this wanted to think it over , since there was no breakdown of the cost of the vehicle , no explanation of the fees and how they got to the monthly payment . Immediately leaves once he hears what payment I’m looking for . . Comes back with a ridiculous offer , I left the dealership shortly after and decided to take my business else where .
Overall , being a sales manager of 5 years . It was clear they were just looking to make a sale and money to line their pockets . Instead of actually trying to help people and fulfill their needs . Hopefully not everyone at the dealership is like this , I’m sure that not every persons experience is similar . This was just my personal experience with the dealership.

I had been used car shopping for over 4 weeks and had some awful experiences, walking into Audi Edmonton North was a breathe of fresh air, Jesse was amazing, personal and just a delight to deal with. I highly recommend popping into Audi North for a great car dealership experience. New and used.

Dealt with Jason and his team with a recent purchase. It was streamlined and an easy process. They try very hard to accommodate you.
For example: my 3M bubbled up on my mirror. They offered to have their technican come out to fix it at your location to save you time and hassle, instead of coming into the dealership.
