incredibly rude. called the the store at 2:17 to politely ask for an inventory check “real quick” and the response from a female sales person was “well that ain’t real quick is it” and hung the phone on me. fix your staff’s attitude

It's pretty decent.Pros: inside the mall close to a bunch of other stores, the staff is amazing (friendly & helpful), the layout is easy to navigate (there are also directional signs.Cons: The selection in the camping isn't the best. Limited stock & variety on a lot of items. Especially gear wise.

One of my favourite places!They have a very good collection for hiking and winter!I have bought multiple jackets and ski pants and shoes from there and there has never been any disappointment!The customer service is ok and normal!

Something to note for people, it's inside the sport chek.
I wish they had more of these closer to home... And their prices are surprisingly steep for some things. Overall here, mec or campers village seem all on the same page for prices.

Store was clean and easy to navigate. Customer service was terrible. Waited for 10 minutes to try on boots, had to go to the counter where 3 employees were standing around talking. Got a size and then walked away. Will be ordering online whenever possible to avoid this kind of experience.

Located on the 2nd level of west Edmonton mall, enter through sport chek. They have a 3rd level specifically for Atmosphere. Geared for camping, outdoor wear, paddling, climbing, and backpacking. Special shout out to James. He's been there a long time, and has become our go to expert for outdoor gear. Thanks again for helping us navigate black Friday James!

Me and my husband enter your store to find are new shoes so we found some shoes and ask one of the workers that works there if these were on sale and he said yes but right after we pick them up I was hoping to get help right away because he was standing really close to us so we tryed to ask him but he was to busy talking to a young girl or his friend that sitting on the couch and took a few minutes to get his attention away from talking to her so we did but he was to busy staring at me and making me feel uncomfortable along with that girl that he was talking to just because I had a walker don't give the right to make people feel uncomfortable in your store so you remind all your staff to be nice to there customers because if you don't then you going to lose a lot of customer s so my experience was really horrible

This is a great store that I frequent but I'm here to instead compliment Atmosphere on the egift cards that you can order online and personalize plus you can have sent at specific times to your recipient. Don't like malls or shopping? Don't like lines or maybe you have someone special that needs to try on things before you buy it for their birthday but want to have something for them during the celebration? EGift is a great and easy way!
