Vicky was such a great help today. She spent 20 minutes or so trying to find something similar to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything close but her knowledge was deeper than many big box store employees- and she was very eager to help me, again, not a lot of retail reps have that anymore! I will not hesitate to visit here again.

Awesome service, very friendly & knowledgeable staff! Yesterday, I went to return a damaged sleeping pad and the manager stayed half an hour late to try and help me find my receipt. It was greatly appreciated!

We stopped in here today looking for winter boots for our son. We didn’t find any at first until a very friendly staff member came over and offered us an alternative. We ended up getting a better product than we were looking for. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful.
