“They have some amazing staff there. I have been with them for over 10 years now. Now, during the pandemic, I was tasked by my practicum with calling around to banks to find out how to advise seniors on protecting their bank accounts while not being able to go in to their branches. I called all the major banks and then this credit union. Most of the big banks had no way to talk with a live person. Servus had a live person answering the phones and she helped me to develop a plan to help seniors. What an amazing bank!”

“I was in a hurry today. And I had left my dog in my car. I thought that I would be in and out. Withdrawing from the ATM. Unfortunately, I needed more cash, than my limit would allow me to do so. So I lined up. There were 7 or 8 people in front of me. And only one teller! There was one other teller helping someone, to the left of the other wickets, where they were both seated. But that looked like it was going to take all day. One employee went to the back of the queue and was asking what they needed. When it was my turn, I explained that I needed more cash, than the ATM would allow me to withdraw. The employee said he could help me with that and showed me to his office. Turns out he was the Branch Manager! Mr. Varun Kundra kindly increased my limit. He made my day! I was able to then withdraw more cash from the ATM, and get back to my car, before some citizen decides, that my dog needed to be extricated from my car! It wasn't that hot (23C) and both rear windows were down about 10" or so. Thank you Mr. Kundra!”
