“We were in a difficult situation with a kitchen reno - our fridge could not be delivered on time from another supplier and we could not wait months. CAS responded right away and got us our fridge from Ottawa and brought it to Toronto. Within 2 weeks we had a new fridge and our desired model. The installation was tight too in our heritage home. The delivery men were so skilled and careful getting it through our doors and in place. We are so pleased and grateful with CAS's service.”
“Great appliance service so far! Just bought a fridge today since ours died two days ago, and Sean was super helpful and friendly. Got a perfect fridge for our space at a great discount because we bought scratch and dent and they still beat other stores prices in that category as well. Never felt pressured to buy anything else or change what I came looking for, was shown options fitting my budget and space and found a great option for our replacement! Still have to wait for delivery but looking forward to having it in our space and with the one year warranty we don’t have to worry about it breaking in the first year while on a budget. So far very pleased with this company! 10/10 would recommend.”

“Recently we had to exchange our sofa sectional as it had a tear in it, thankfully we purchased the extra warranty as this happened just past 4 years. I was extremely happy with our sales person (Brick South Edmonton), as well as the service guys that set it all up and took away the other one. We have quite a few unique arches and it was difficult to maneuver the large furniture up stairs where it was going. But they were amazing, no damage to any walls, very professional and proficient. I am slightly disappointed that the new version of this sofa (without the seam in the chase) was $1200 higher, I did feel that we should have received the sofa at no extra charge because we had warranty. But I don't feel this is the Brick's fault.”

“An excellent experience. I had been all over town looking for this cheap little plastic piece and couldn't find it anywhere. Even though the potential sale was worth next to nothing, Patrick took the time to look deeply through the system inventory as well as the shelves to see if there was another solution to the problem and/or check in case the computer had missed something. I never got the sense that I was any sort of an inconvenience, and left the store with as much of the solution as he could provide as well as a full understanding of what I needed to complete it, why I was having trouble finding such a thing, and where I could likely turn one up. Thank you Patrick!”
“Chris P. was super helpful and assisted myself with a rush order. Additionally he was able to point me to some 35mm black and white film that used colour processing chemicals so that I could have them developed locally.

“I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy. Earl, Morley very knowledgeable, talented man of many creative ideas, Inessa very gifted in lawns, plants, flowers, soils and more... seasonal, Tim in, gazebos, , Dean, Michael ( very hardworking and loyal delivery driver) some I know their faces, not their names, a hardworking group of like minded people with different skill sets working together as a close knit family at this home depot located on 6725-104 street, store # 7117.I am sure all other home depots in this city are providing quality service to Edmontonians who are doing their projects with joy. “We bought a range but it didn’t heat up. We called and Mike came out and fix the sensor. And he noticed the light board was faint. And tried hard to fix. And he was willing to replace. But after looking in their west shop we couldn’t find any that met what we needed in a range. So he gave us our money back. It was and used range so I’m willing to leave a fare review. And the end I was made whole. I would recommend them still.”

He showed me all the decking alternatives, and when I decided on a product, he calculated what I needed for material, fasteners, etc., arranged the delivery and made sure I had everything I needed for the installation day. The deck looks beautiful, and I really appreciate his help.”
“This is my preferred location of LD. The store is medium-large, bright and it isn't hard to find staff for assistance. Everything is well organized and the store is very clean.
Today the store had much more selection of the item I was looking for than I had expected. To sweeten the deal, they were even handing out samples of chocolates. It was also nice that LD had at least one real cashier working today.
I found what I was looking for and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. All and all, I had an excellent shopping experience.”
“Went in there on New Year's eve to purchase a dishwasher. After going to multiple places to get prices, the prices were all deadlocked at the same price. Coast not only matched the price, but beat the price by 10% and gave me free delivery as well. Wilma was my sales representative and she was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Don't bother wasting your time going to Trail, Home Depot or even Leon's. They all have the same price, so as a customer, convince me why I should buy from you. “I wanted to give Brad, the manager of the tech department, a huge shout out for helping me yesterday. I went into the store to see if they could rush an online photobook order I had placed earlier in the day and he literally went out of his way to go upstairs and speak to the lab technician about my order (as I had a special requirement) and not only did he see to it that those requirements were taken care of but that my order was ready in less than an hour! It was perfect timing so that I could give my clients their gift before they left Edmonton and it honestly would not have happened if not for him. “I always had a good experience with london drugs in general as they had good customer care. They are nice and they know what they’re doing. The store hadd many different departments and variations of food, holiday items and home items. I do find their photo service prices a bit too high thats all. I will be back to this store. for sure!”
