“I have lived here for awhile and its very reasonably priced with utilities included , which is very difficult to find these days. The suites are regularly maintained and any concerns i've had have been addressed quickly by the on-site team. I have primarily dealt with Barbara and Joe, who are both very kind and really do care about the condition of the building. The location is great too, I feel safe living here and the parking situation is also very reasonably priced and secure.”

“Edmonton house is a safe and welcoming community that I am happy to live in.I am recovering from knee injuries and living here has helped tremendously, 4 fast elevators so I never have to worry about the stairs. A full gym and yoga studio, a nice large pool that helps so much with my joint pain.The leasing staff is also amazing, most landlords I’ve had are happy to take your money and hand you the keys only to never see them til your renewal comes up. Not here! They are more than happy to talk at anytime and are very responsive via email, bless themThe front reception is always staffed, with friendly warm welcoming faces, when I’m having a bad day and I’m in pain they never fail to ask how I am and shoot the stuff, small things like these help to distract me from the pain and I always walk away with a smile.If you are debating on living here, look no further, it’s a quiet safe building, the views and amenities make it a steal of a deal considering the price of other high risesPls get a hot tub tho haha”

“I have lived here for 2 years now, one of the best place's I have ever been at. The office staff are great, Tina goes above and beyond to fix any problems. It is an older place, but I would not want to give it up for any other complex.The other people that complain about Jasper on eleven are just being drama queens, every building will always have some issues, with that being said, the staff here are excellent to fix it.”

“As a contractor who works closely with the residents and other contractors daily, its a friendly environment. The residents make it easy to perform duties. The Board of Directors are a pleasure to deal with. The staff members could use a few classes in customer services however.”
