I recently visited the Aldo store and had a very disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of two of the staff members. Rather than helping customers or creating a welcoming atmosphere, they seemed uninterested and even dismissive.
From the moment I walked in, they hardly acknowledged my presence. When I asked for assistance, they made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. They were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to the needs of customers.
I expected much better from a brand like Aldo, where customer service should be a priority. This lack of professionalism and courtesy definitely left a negative impression, and it’s not an experience I’d expect when shopping at a well-known brand. Aldo needs to improve the quality of customer service in their stores, starting with better training and perhaps a reminder to their staff about the importance of good customer interactions.

Ze was perfect today while we were looking for large sizes in heels! anything we needed she helped us through it and we left with 2 great pairs of heels!! Thank you again Ze!

Really disappointed with the customer service. Yesterday I visited to the store but 2girls who were working their doesn't care about their customers. I asked for my size she said we don't have. Then I like another pair of sandals she replied same. Thrice she gave me same answer. After that my 7month baby little spit on the floor and my husband wiped that with baby wipes. Then he reached to the counter and asked for garbage bin. One of the employee who don't know what is customer service replied him go outside but other one went at back she gave trash bin to my husband to throw that wipes. I really suggest to that lady why she is working in this line if she don't know what is customer service. I don't like her attitude. This is not first chance even though couple of months ago when I visited their on that time also she speaks soo rude and shows attitude like she doesn't care about their customers.
This is soo ridiculous behavior that I ever experienced in my life. Rather than saying thank you to my husband showing attitude which is unacceptable.
Not visiting to this Aldo branch in my whole life.

Went there twice in 2 h to get the same service… NONE!!!
When you see customers trying on shoes that are not there size, that means they are in a buying mode… how about helping them!!!
Poor customer service!
Went across the hall to Steeve Madden even if it was more expensive!
The previous reviews witnessed the same and it seems that nothing has changed…

"I had a really disappointing experience at the ALDO store located at West Edmonton. The sales associates named Zynab seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for, and when I asked for assistance, She was rude and dismissive. I was trying to find a specific style of handbag and she told me they dont have it, without even checking it at the back or offering to make special order. Then I took one bag from the shelf and asked her if there is any discount on it, she said NO very rudely. Then I asked her if she can be a little polite and she told me its just my perspective and took the bag from my hand and threw it away on the shelf. Managers can even have a look at the cctv cameras at 5:10 pm on july 26, 2024.
Also, when I wanted to speak to a manager, she mentioned very rudely that she is the only one working at the store.
There should be at least one supervisor or manager who can supervise their staff and provide good customer service. And if they don’t have enough staff then they should hire more.
The lack of customer service and care was shocking, especially since I've always been a loyal customer to ALDO. I won't be returning to this store again and would not recommend it to others."

We were here earlier, and we will never go back to shop in here ever. I'd rather shop online. The staff is way too rude! She even made face to my aunt when she was telling her about her inquiry. The staff has a problem with her attitude! She acts rudely towards us when we're trying to tell her which sizes we needed but turns out she didn't even understand. I was eyeing for that pair of sandals for a while but I ended up not buying it because of that staff's attitude! The worst experience we've ever had in West Edmonton Mall.

Staff were amazing help, unfortunately when I placed an order for pick up, I was told a completely different shoes arrived and I would have to wait another 5 business days for the right shoes to arrive which doesn’t work for me as I was going to use the shoes for a trip. Wasn’t apologized to, but at least I got my money back. Maybe it’s because it’s the holidays that’s why errors were made, but it’s still disappointing.
