There was some ups and downs, but in the end it led to a purchase. Bob facilitated time to have the unit looked at. He helped transport the truck to a shop for inspection, after purchase.Definitely feel like he did withhold some information or just not very knowledgeable.

The staff were very helpful and told me everything about the unit I wanted to buy. It needed some work, and they were straight up about that; they said they wanted to fix it up before selling it. I wanted to take it as is for less and fix it myself. After I'd paid for it and was about to drive away, one of them walked up with a handful of parts they'd ordered a while back for it and gave them to me. They didn't have to do that. Initially, I'd had a little trouble pinning down which of their listed items were actually in stock - but if you show up or call they'll take you around and help you find something that works for you and work to get it up and running. They are somewhere in between a slavage yard and a dealer with loads of things coming and going or being fixed, used for parts, etc. If you know what to expect, it's fine, and they have some great deals!

I drove 3.5 hours to see a unit, photos were very vague, nobody knew too much about any of the equipment. Lots of very used worn out equipment. sold the truck I was going to buy hours after I told them I'd purchase it, just needed to talk to the finance department within 12 hours.Shabby service, would not recommend to anyone looking for equipment.

Spidey senses are activated.Kijiji ads are very misleading, focusing on pretty pictures while omitting vital information, mileage and damage. If you wish to ascertain missing information it forces a verbal interaction with a sales representative to disclose the necessary information that ALL buyers require for an informed decision. My disclosure, I am not a customer, and after one conversation with a sales representative who shares within the first 15 seconds that his computer has crashed while looking up a vehicle lot number, only to share the vehicle has damage and high mileage, leads me to believe this company's priorities do not align with mine.Buyers beware.

My husband was told the truck he wanted from them was "road ready to drive off the lot and he could come by it and drive it home". I drove him 300kms to pick it up. We get there and they are suddenly replacing the batteries, the spark plug etc... we waited 7 hrs to eventually realize that the truck isn't going to be driven anywhere. They tried to sell it to him after replacing all these parts, it didn't even budge during the test drive then died. We went all the way home empty handed.

Buyer beware. Quick Access to lots of used equipment at a good price. As with ALL used equipment purchases, thorough inspections are the responsibility of the purchaser. I flew in from Winnipeg to inspect and drive a piece of equipment 1400km back with minor repair costs. Great service

You may choose to read this and take the advice, or ignore it and find out for yourself…..AKA ‘learn the hard way’……your choice! :Unless you are looking to buy expensive scrap,Avoid this place; you will save yourself a lot of money, time and grief.Spend a little more money elsewhere and get a good product + good customer service.Customer service appears to be a foreign concept at this place. The concept of: ”I am selling it, so I don’t care”appears to be a common theme at this yard,Who uses excavators to move cars/trucks that they intend on selling, to be driven…..you are definitely buying trouble, unless that’s no big deal to you. That was my observation/experience, yours may not be any different.PS: Words to the wise.
