I had a great experience with Al-Brite. I got a custom Toi et Moi engagement ring done through them and it was easy and straightforward. They are kind and funny. My ring turned out better than I expected and love it! I returned once a few months after getting it for some minor work on it as something was a bit loose, they took care of it in 5 minutes no questions asked. Would recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice!

This is a fantastic place to get any jewelry made. I went to multiple places looking for an engagement ring, and this was the one where I felt I could trust the people behind the counter the most. You really get the family feel. Something very important when spending large amounts of money on things you will have forever. Al Jr. and team took my thoughts and nailed it, building a beautiful custom ring. Very prompt sizing and cleaning support. Look no further than this place!!

I caution anyone looking for custom jewelry to be made, to look elsewhere. I feel as though I am entitled to post this review after my nearly 9… yes 9 year experience with Al-Brite.I first went to Al-Brite in 2014 after the recommendation of a friend who had bought an engagement ring there. I have a ring that was given to me as an heirloom so I needed custom bands made. We had the first band made in the summer of 2014, loved it!We had the second bad made in the spring of 2017, and had them make it into a cradle. Loved it! It was beautiful!2021 I noticed my one band was turning colors. Perplexed by this since platinum doesn’t change colors; I brought it in.Oh “oops” they made one of my rings in platinum, and one in white gold. How this mistake could ever happen is beyond me, they had ALL of the documentation on my rings for years and somehow this designer just accidentally screwed up the metal? Weird. No apology. Nothing but a cold face actually.I had them remake it which took forever with no update, when I picked my rings back up they looked horrible. The new band looked like it was made by someone who had never made a ring before. It was bulky, the diamonds were slanted and uneven, it didn’t even match the shape of my ring. Awful.Hi ho hi ho, back to Al-Brite I go. Again met with a cold face, no apology. They’ll remake it. Again.Well if you just did what I paid you good money to do SIX years ago, we wouldn’t be here.I was not rude to these people, I was not harsh, and yet I still received zero compensation and NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. At this point I am mad I ever gave them a cent of my money and I will tell anyone I can looking for custom jewelry, to look elsewhere.The one and only request I had was that I get a new appraisal with a photo on it, when we picked up my ring. When we picked it up, there was no appraisal. They couldn’t even be bothered to give us a box to put this heirloom ring and band set in so my husband carried it home in his pocket.When I got my appraisal in the mail, it had no photo.If you want someone to listen to your wishes and actually follow through, please don’t bother with this business. I hesitated after my first 3? Bad experiences to write a review because it’s a “family owned business” but this is absolutely unacceptable. I wish I had my money, gas, and time back.Now we sit back and wait another 5 years to see if this ring changes colors again ?

Alan and his family are hands down THE BEST to deal with. Any occasion that I've used them for they've ALWAYS come through on a higher scale than expected. Just bought a 2CT anniversary band for my wife's and mine 27th anniversary, let's just say it was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! The quality and craftsmanship and beautiful high quality diamonds definitely set them apart from anywhere else. I EXTREMELY recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs just that something special for the person they really love. Thank you to all at Al-Brite for making our 27th a memorable one.
