False advertising!With mediocre selection and prices, I expected this to be my go-to liquor store based on proximity to my home. Customer service and false advertising made it impossible to support this smoke & mirrors operation.A large coupon was posted beside the 26oz Captain Morgan's spiced rum for a free 473mL of Crown Royal whisky and cola. I picked up a bottle of rum and grabbed a 473mL can as per the coupon. At the checkout, they refused to honour the coupon, offering a 355mL can as a replacement. I declined the offering, as per the conditions of the coupon. Multiple staff members refused to honour the coupon while also refusing to remove the advertisement that they refused to honour. They ultimately blamed the Captain Morgan's sales reps. This kind of business will not be accepted in our community. I demand that any publicly displayed promotions be honoured as advertised.I say to you ACE Liquor Discounter: SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Went in and asked for a 6 pack of the cheapest beer they had (to feed the slugs in my garden). Gentleman took me to the cooler and showed me a 6 pack of Corona light. I know Corona is not the cheapest beer so I started scanning the shelves. Found another brand less expensive and he assured me that that was the cheapest, then I found another one even less expensive, and I got 8 cans. Not impressed with the customer service :(

I went in for a bottle of my favorite wine. I noticed the price seemed very high but I purchased anyway. After I got home I goggled the wine for prices and found the item for as much as $5 cheaper. Well, check around I wont be shopping there again!

Horrible since ACE takeover, gone are the nice friendly staff. Now have to deal with combative, snarly rude types who argue about $1 price match phoning competitors to embarrass you in front of customers
