I recommend you either go to another liquor store that appreciates your business or go to this store if there's something you really need. If you are looking for customer service, this is not a good choice. The clerk literally spun the point of sale machine around and told me the amount. No eye contact, no please or thank you and he went back to chatting with two other people, one worked there and possibly the other person.

Windermere ACE = Rude, They won’t bother to put your purchase in your bag if you bring one as is done at other liquor stores in area. Aisle too small in cold room to fit their cart thru. I use cart instead of my cane where possible. Female clerk told me to walk around instead of pushing the cart through. I told her of my disability she said nothing, but walked away after she moved the display boxes back into place. They took my money, but they won’t be getting anymore! Plenty of liquor stores in area that provide more than the minimum service standard of which the ACE Windermere location provides below average service. Yes, plenty of selection as read in other reviews but I will still go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service this place will sell you broken bottles of beer and when you provide proof the associates tells you that it you at fault and that you shouldn't buy alcohol from them so I will never buy from ace.So many better places to go with better way better customer service. Horrible Horrible business don't waste your money go some place that appreciate customers.

I recently visited Ace liquor store and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of spirits available. The store was well-organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning to this liquor store in the future.

Horrible customer service from one of the staff in particular. Consistent bad customer service. Considering that this store is closer to my house, I'll rather drive further away. That said, the other staff members here are great and very friendly.
