These people are scammers!!! They will charge you an outrageous price and then they'll ask for more money later on to complete the service you already paid for! Just terrible. Please please go elsewhere, this company is terrible.

I wish I could give 0 or even negative stars. I ordered a tow truck and paid $280 for them to tow the car 11km. I thought the price was outrageous but I was in a bind. They said they were going to be there in an hour only for them to call me back after an hour to tell me that their truck had broke down and that is was going to cost me another $150 for them to send another one. Obviously it's no one's fault that the truck broke down but it's ridiculous to make a customer pay more to deliver the service I had already paid for. They were extremely rude on the phone when I said I wasn't going to pay another $150 for something that wasn't my fault and refused to refund me without subtracting a service fee. Why would I pay a service fee for a service I did not receive, for a refund that I was getting because of something that went wrong on the company's end? I asked to speak to the manager 10 times before the lady finally put me through. Abhorrent customer service and extremely unethical price gouging just because they can. $430 for a tow truck is absolutely insane. Instead I found another company that actually was there in an hour and I only ended up paying $150 all together!! Save your money and your sanity and NEVER EVER trust this company to help you.

Stay as far away from this company as you can. Absolute scammer. Called for a tow due to flat tire in -40c, was told "30-60 minutes for arrival". They take your payment up front. I waited over two and half hours, made multiple phone calls and everytime a different operator answers, never having an answer to my questions. They then canceled on me, leaving me to find a whole different outfit and not returning my money.stay as far away as you can, if there was zero starts I'd give those. ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST.

The operator was very experienced in what he was doing, very nice ,a polite and helpful fellow, way cheaper than any other service than any other towing service I have used in the past.All in all would use and reccomend the same company again.Service: Car towing

The worst customer service I have ever received from a towing company. We initially were told 60-90 minutes for a truck to help us out and it wasn’t until 2 hours when we called for an update that the truck had broken down and they would send a new one. We then waiting another two hours with no updates until we called. Every indivisible i talked to would keep putting me on hold and would come back without an answer. When asked for a partial refund they would request us to wait longer for the driver. We found Kingsway towing and they had someone to us in 15 minutes. Never using AAA towing again.Service: Car towing
