I stopped to put some air in my tire. The compressor ran for about 20 seconds after depositing $2 to activate which was obviously not enough time to fill my tire.I went into the 711 and was told that they can't do anything about it, no refund no assistance besides accepting my request to put an out of order sign on it.In my opinion if you have a device accepting money on your property you should be able to provide refunds. I will not pay for air again if there is no way for a refund if there is an issue with the machine.

I always make sure to stop by during the day now, as the angry, tall white guy with the mask consistently made me feel uncomfortable and as if I shouldn’t be shopping there. He hates his job so much and takes it out on the customers. Couldn’t ever say even one word to me. Like, sorry to be a bother.

I was at 7-eleven today to put gas and I paid at the cash register by cashSo the guy at the cash register came without even saying helloI asked to pay for gas and then to scan my PC optimum card, afterward he gave me the ticket while making a sign with his hand in a very disrespectful way, I was totally shockedI asked why you are making this gesture with your hand, he answered me in a worse way than the first, telling me that it is in my native language to say <it's okay, you can leave>Am I supposed to understand his language or the language we all use here in Alberta?!And then I too am a foreigner but I speak the language that everyone understands and especially in a sensitive position like his (at the checkout)In short, I am asking for an explanation from a manager for this behavior, which I consider to be non-respectful on the part of your cashier.It happened today between 8:45 a.m. and 9 a.m., and you can go back to the surveillance camerasPlease take my complaint into consultation

The tall white guy who always wears a mask and his hood, on night shift, is extremely rude. I don't know if he just has a problem with women, but he's always rude to me and my sister every time we go in. I do not feel comfortable going there anymore while he's working, and will not go into the store if I see that it's him on shift.

Had a very disappointing experience with the evening lady. Upon our purchase of some Playstation cards for our son...... not only did the lady not tell us there wye no refunds but there is also no exchanges on cards that are not activated properly by the staff...... the attendant was rude and unhelpful.

Would give 0 if possible. The worst costumer service ever. At least be a human. I lost one airpod under a machine. The lady in front started laughing and talking in her language about me crying. There was a guy who helped me, but the lady at front shamed me. Told me I was rude for mentioning the cost of my AirPods when I just wanted to be taken seriously. She gave me a broom stick and made ME get on my knees and hands to get it from underneath. I have never felt so belittled in my life. She said at least I gave you a broom when I said no one helped before the guy did. As a customer I should not be on the floor looking for it, they should have moved the machine. She said it was busy but there was maybe only 2 other people inside. I filed a complaint through calling, and will continue to until something is done.

An employee stole my money there, $150.00 for a vanilla prepaid card and he pretended to ring it in and gave me a card not activated, he did it the same time someone was getting arrested at the pumps almost a wk ago at 3 or 4 am. I'll go back to activate the card but never go there again. That was my 1st time there, bad impression or what

Tonight, on Friday Jan 13th, I received the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Got told I cannot buy smokes there because the lady cannot make any sense of my ID. I don’t drive, so I have government identification card, that replaces what would be a driver’s license. The part that really made me mad was that the little short guy with the bleach blonde hair opened his mouth and said “she’s 15!” yet he serves me smokes every time I go buy them, and doesn’t even look at my ID. I am almost 20 years old, not 15.

Amazing Customer Service. Order off Skip and had issues with delivery driver. The Lady from 7-Eleven called me to let me know my order was ready and apologized for the delay. This location is Awesome!!
