Went there for a smokie on Canada Day since they're on sale for $1.99. Was charged for a slurpee instead because no one showed the workers how to input promotional items so while they claim you'll also get 1000 bonus points on your card, you wont get it. Very close to starting to go to Circle K instead for now on. I've already placed in another complaint about the place. The second one in two months, though I still haven't had anyone contact me about the first one.Smokie was also slightly undercooked. Workers should also be refilling their chili and nacho cheese when it's empty as it can be empty for days or even weeks. This used to be a really good location so I don't know what happened to it.

Muhammad is perhaps the nicest store owner you will ever meet! He is so very kind and always ask about our family! I would highly recommend this location!☺️

I went in to use my petro points to buy vuse products, and the lady said I can't use it to buy vuse products, yet on the petro Canada website say that I can use my points to buy anything in the store, not very happy

They need to keep their stock up on things like condiments. I've been waiting a week to get nacho's but can't because they still haven't brought in any jalapeno's. I figured last week when I wanted them they would brought some in as the week before they didn't have any either (Nor back on the last week of June when I got nacho's). Other than that I rarely have issues at the location and I tend to go there every other day for a coffee or a pop.

WORST 7-11!!! THEY EXPLOIT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Was trying to buy two bottles of water for $4.00. I asked if I could have two small empty cups so my children (4 years old and 2 years old) would be able to drink the water without spilling. The person at the till said $1.65 for each empty cup. I was shocked, then the person said just buy one cup...... I looked at him and walked out of the store in disgust.This location does not deserve a star.
