I feel very discriminated by this 7-11, your worker that participated in racism towards me needs to be fired. I was scammed of my money since today is April 13th bring your own cup for a $1.99 slurpee, I had the evidence on my phone that today was being your own cup day and she looked at us weirdly and made us pay the full price, but when this other family not of color walked in with there own cups they did not have to pay the price. I am now trying to recover from this incident and it’s very hard to do that because of her. I would like a refund.

Coffee in the morning is always cold, before 6am. The guy will always answered fresh..but try it and cold as ice...will lie to you...I stopped buying cofee at 7/11...

I was there last week to buy their chicken/wedges deal, but they didn’t have, so the manager to me to call anytime I want to order. This evening I called to order & when I arrived. This eastern Indian girl was was trying to serve me, so I told her what I wanted & I pointed what I wanted. She was not happy, she started banging the doors to the chicken & wedges. Then I asked if she wasn’t happy because I asked. She started arguing with me & this other Filipino guy was just looking in dismay. I paid, she didn’t even offer the bag. I had 3 boxes & before leaving the till one box fell with wedges in it. She seemed happy, but the Filipino guy came to help me pick them up. Of course I didn’t get them since they were on the floor. Surprisingly not even an offer was rendered for replacement. Very sad. Now I know why stores lose customers & end up shutting up. Anyways!!! That Filipino guy deserves to be a manager & train that East Indian girl again to have customer service manners. A not returning customer.

I went there today July 18 2023 around 6:20 pm. There was a bigger, young Middle Eastern woman with glasses and her hair pulled back in bun I believe.Her male coworker was working one till and had a customer in front of me. I was standing with my daughter. She opened the next till and called out for who is next. It took me maybe 10 seconds to process that this with me as my daughter had me distracted.Just as I looked up, she shot annoyed, irritated. Look to her male coworker, because I did not hear her. She didn’t think I seen her, but quickly realized, and kept locking eyes with me in an aggressive, challenging way as if to say “yeah so what?!”This, just fires my blood… I spend a lot of money at the store, and this money goes to pay this woman’s paycheck. This is how she treats the customers that line her pockets.I am so disgusted with how customer service is these days. This woman has my blood boiling just thinking about how rudely she treated me and how I was spending money at that store for the zillionth time. Then she goes home and spends the money that I no doubt helped her earn ?Just disgusting, and I wasn’t even being rude to her. Nothing warrants or excuses her behavior. If she can’t work with people without getting irritated and being unprofessional, she has no business working there at all. Maybe she needs to gain a bit of wisdom before working with people.

I bought 10 wings and 10 wedgesOut of the 10 wings I received, only ONE was a little drumette and the rest were the ‘wingette’ (or the flat part of the wing) and even then those little buggers are looking like they come from a Cornish hen, they are so small! VERY disappointed!

As a former worker from this location, management is very poor, unhygienic, unprofessional, minimal wage, and racists toward staff unless you are from India. They only allow staff from their own country to be on their phone while proving poor customer service, let them talk in their own language, and they never clean any equipment especially with the food and Slurpee machines unless they know an inspector is coming. Very nasty place I highly suggest not buying food there. There are some nice staff that work there that do their best, but management itself seems to have 0clue what they are doing, IE bullying staff members, putting them down, talking in their own language about the other staff and customers, or just making very unpleasant remarks towards staffing when some things should be said 1 on 1 to the worker themselves instead of in front of customers and other employees.

This 711 has got to be the worst ever!You buy time on your cell, their machine is down. ALWAYS DOWN.You buy slurpees and they taste old or cardboxy, meaning their machines don't get cleaned but just another flavor to overlap.You purchase anything they never allow you enough time to put in your information for points.You ask to redeem and they don't know what they are doing and charge you FULL PRICE!One time an employee didn't know how to read a photo ID properly!!!They always have scavengers at their doors begging for money, it's turned downhill.I no longer go there but to the NEXT 711 close by. Anywhere but there TASTES BETTER, LOOKS CLEANER and has DEFINITELY BETTER SERVICE!!
