Clerk sold me expired bus tickets, and when confronted about it, he dismissively waved his hand and babbled incoherently. Hearing about skimmers at this place entices me to change my pin too. Next time I feel like getting ripped off, I know where to go.
Edit: Reading other reviews, it doesn't look like the problems at this location are being addressed. I guess we can't expect better from those higher up either. Just avoid.

Buyers beware this location has a skimmer on their debit / credit machine. Was here in the evening time
Probably one of the worst and poorly ran 7-11 in the city, sad to see, poor cx service, something as simple as a greeting or a thank you were not present, despite me initiating a greeting. Person at the counter also attempted to double charge me, thankfully caught it before paying.
Sad to see, hopefully 7-11 does something.

Trainees harass patrons and don’t properly identify people when selling 18+ products, also call the police if you ask for a managers number then give you the store number for you to make a complaint too, overall I’d give it no stars. Won’t step foot in again, recommend you don’t as well

The regular staff are great after getting to know them as a regular, I am new to the area. But the older man who is the manager and comes for a few days a month is rude. He is slow, he only works with the women and you can tell the women are probably intimidated by him. He is rude to customer and staff.

I visited your establishment with the intention of purchasing lottery tickets, but unfortunately, I encountered a highly unprofessional situation that left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected.Upon approaching the counter, I was met by an Indian lady named (Simran) who claimed to be the manager. To my surprise, she outright refused to serve me the lotto tickets, citing the reason that she believed I was a third-party person. This assumption was completely unfounded and perplexing, as I have been a loyal customer of your store for quite some time.What made matters worse was the reaction of another sales associate who attempted to assist me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager intervened and threatened to fire the associate on the spot if he dared to serve me. This public display of unprofessionalism only added to the embarrassment I felt as a customer.I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but it is essential for a company to prioritize customer service and ensure that all employees are trained to handle such situations with tact and respect. Filled Gas and purchased Car Wash. The Car wash was blocked dated Aug 17/2023 at 8:10 PM., and when to the store for a refund. The employee attitude and behavior are at the lowest level. These people need to trained properly before employing them. Ill mannered. You must put a sign that the car wash is closed for the day as it's under repairs.He does not want to refund and threatening me that he wants to call the cops on me. Canada is not Khalistan.

I saw another review by a lady who went through the exact same experience as me by presumably the same staff member, and I'm suprised nothing was done, so I figured I'd say something too. One of your staff members who often works late nights will make uncomfortable and flirty comments about me and my body, what I'm purchasing, and how he knows I live close by. I always feel very uncomfortable and a bit unsafe, to the point in which I'll just send my partner in instead of me whenever I need something from there.I am not actually Jo, but I felt compelled to use my friends account instead of mine to leave this review, because the staff member in question has made multiple jokes that he has my full real name, phone number, and postal code memorised. I don't want any more harassment if he sees this review and connects it to my actual identity

Came in to get a couple items that were advertised with signs in the front and in the store right beside the items. When I got to the till the employee refused to give me the deal and didn’t acknowledge the clear advertisements in her store. She told me this is the price take it or leave it, so I walked out. I will never come back to this location again.

Staff working March 22, 7 am were commenting on my girlfriend's body and calling her by name after scanning her card. creepy.
