Every morning when I visit, there is no staff at the counter, so I often have to wait. Tim Hortons employees even feel bad and try to locate a 7/11 staff member to help me with my order. On top of that, the washroom is frequently out of order.

A new employee decided to close the 7-11 for np reason. We are regulars we go there everyday. They didn't put up a close sign they just put up the be back in five minutes we waited until someone else knocked and Ash the employee said that she is closing the location for the night
