Uber Eats delivery, substituted one of my items and gave me something I didn't want instead of modifying the order (which they have the ability to do if an item isnt in stock) and now Uber Eats wont refund me.. So I'm leaving a negative review and doing a charge back. Be honest with your customers, don't scam them!

I don't know why everybody's complaining about the Filipino lady. She's actually nice. Yesterday I was there and I filled up my Slurpee cup and I was pulling out my card to pay and She said you can have it for free. What a good employee!

Everything you'd expect from a seven 11 the worker was a little pushy about signing me up for a rewards card but I polite declined an she stopped asking over all not a bad little store to grab quick snacks or last min items.

Oh ????. Please people STAY away from there washrooms. Is stinky dirty ? and smells ? bad. This store 8n general is not clean. Food? I don't dare to eat here. I give my bathroom key to cahier and the guy was pulling out from oven chicken nuggets without any food safe : gloves hair net clean hands ....I was ???. Please don't eat from here. I purchase my electrolyte and I came out fast. The key bathroom is attach to an ice scraper...nice but so dirty ? plastic. By law we can't make photo of humans but I wish got on camera ? this guy handle chicken ...and training the other gentleman how to use the oven. Ufffffff. I lost my appetite . The 2 gentleman s are at 6 45 pm . I didn't see their name takes ....so is not visible. In his defense I must add that at least was very polite and calm and warm with the clients and patience. Maybe he missed food safe course?? Or was not trained in kitchen and food handel....? Is a busy place ....I don't have words

I recently visited the 7 eleven at 50th Street and had an excellent experience.I must say that the service provided by the employee working the night shift was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.Despite the late hour, the employee's energy and enthusiasm for their work never wavered. What really stood out to me was the employee's willingness to go the extra mile. He take pride in serving only the freshest coffee to their customers and are more than happy to brew up a fresh batch to ensure that your caffeine fix is always of the highest quality.

I know a few people have complained about the Filipino lady and she's the reason I'm complaining as well. She is constantly rude, inconsiderate and annoying. In fact Just the other day I went over to get some drinks I then went to the counter with them, and ended up waiting for about two minutes, she eventually came over, I was on the right side of the counter she decided to go to the left even though she clearly saw me on the right I standing right there and then very quietly she asked me to move, I didn't hear her so i replied with "pardon?" And then that's when her attitude completely changed and she got way louder and she gets mad at me for being literally not even a foot to the right! Like I'm sorry I was waiting here for YOU. I'm pretty sure she was capable of taking one step to the right I ended up moving. There was also when she got mad at me for not having literally 6 cents! 6 FREAKING CENTS! I was able to pay for almost everything accept for 6 cents, so it was either me getting stressed about the fact that I didn't have 6 cents on me or I just give her a 10 dollar bill, eventually I just pulled the ten and was giving it to her and the she just got more annoyed and said I can just go. I could keep writing about how crazy this women is but I won't because I just noticed I wrote like 5 paragraphs. But besides "her" all the other employees are great and I love the foods and drinks.

Yesterday, I went to 7-11 50th street for buying slurpees and some food. I was really impressed by the worker who served me. The worker names was Bikramjeet he was well dressed up and well behaved. I was satisfied first time ever in this store after buying food. They we he interacted and upsell the food was outstanding. He was humble and charming guy who makes me buy whatever he offers. I would say thanks once again for making my day.

Every time i go here. i have to face filipino lady. She is so rude and racist that you can’t imagine. She has negative energy. She doesn’t want to sell things even when they have in stores. This is my first ever review. I dont want to post negative reviews about anyone but today it happened to me more than 10 times. I will never never go there in future. I will tell all of my friends to not to go there.

philipina lady doesn’t know how to treat customers. zero customer service. worst experience ever. will never go there in future ?racist. if i get a chance to rate zero star i would give zero. doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I have been there so many times to get bus tickets for teen but filipino employee who works morning time don’t sell to me even though they have tickets. I saw tickets on her hand still she refused to give it me. Worst ever customer service i have encountered. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
