Constantly not given the correct items when ordering though delivery sites. And also not providing the extras for items as well when selected. If you don't have the item, maybe try contacting the customer to see if they still want the item. Just don't send an order of nachos and not give the cheese when it's selected. It's rather annoying when this happens more and more lately. And also stop giving replacement items if you don't have the original item the customer ordered. Your customer service is below par and needs to be looked at.

Ordered what I was expecting to be the classic 7-11 coated potato wedges, and what I got were not coated, burnt and tasted worse then they smelt.Would expect something like this maybe from being in the counter all day, but not fresh to order. Mostly disappointed in the uncoated wedges, not at all the 7-11 wedges that I have had in the past

Edit...your signage is not clear. To the person who replied to my review, that was the weakest reply I've ever heard. I've been to over a thousand 7-Elevens, yours is the most poorly signed, poorly run, poorly managed, and poorly kept 7-Eleven I've ever been to so it's no surprise I get the reply that I do from you.The store advertises everywhere that it's 24/7 operation, and then just closes between 12:00 and 5. So as you can see from the pictures that I posted it says 24/7 and a few different places on the store and then a tiny piece of paper stuck to the window amongst all of the other millions of things that says that they're closed between 12 and 5. Really seems like 7-Elevens got their priorities straight. Build a business on being open 24/7 and then close between 12 and 5. I would appreciate if it was better posted this store was closed between 12 and 5 ... Is the company so cheap they can't put a sign out front that says closed
