I go in around 9:30pm and ask where the bathroom is. Grumpy lady behind the counter says out of order. I'm sure she's lying. If she's telling the truth where does she go when she has to poop?

I went here to get some chips and pop for work , The staff was not friendly , I asked for a bag and I was willing to pay for the bag and the cashier just ignore me and went on to the next person. I was walking to work from there which was about 5 block . The staff is very rude here.

The worst taquitos I have ever had in my life. Burnt. Hard as rocks. Literally tastes like ash. The lovely lady at the counter is the only reason I'm giving any stars for this. She was polite. Her co-worker who suggested the food was pushy.I've never been to this location before today, as I am attending comicon, but I will not be back.

I live close by and frequently come to this 7-11, there has been multiple times I have purchased food and discovered it was Inedible when I get home due to mould or it having gone bad. The last time my daughter picked out the 2 bite cinnamon rolls and when she opened it they were beyond mouldy and gross. The apples and grapes I picked were also rotten in the middle and top where you can’t see. This 7-11 is super close by and convenient but I’m so tired of rotten food ? I’m not going to come here anymore and just wanted to give others the heads up to triple check your food from here before leaving.

Good 7-11 but corporate needs to offer a solution to the brown bags. You should offer a reusable bag. I asked for a bag for my 2-2L pop and i got a paper bag that would never make it to my car

The ladies who work at this location are amazing; however, one employee, Harjas, discriminates by enforcing laws and rules only when personally convenient to himself. I attend this location everyday to buy cigarettes. This morning Harjas decided to ask for my ID, despite not asking for the ID of the middle aged man purchasing cigarettes ahead of me and despite the fact that I am in my 30s, and am clearly not a minor. I told him this and he continued to refuse to sell me cigarettes until I returned with my ID. Well, Harjas, it's also the law to wear your mask over both your mouth and nose but that is obviously not personally convenient to you. Would love to give this location 5 stars - like I said most of the staff there are great but one bad apple spoils them all.

New lady sold me the wrong smokes and than refused to give me the proper pack. So I just wasted 16 dollars on smokes due to your mistake. I come here EVERYDAY twice a day. Never again. Never again. Absolute bs.
