It literally says that it is open till midnight and the staff inside is gossiping around and isn’t ready to allow us to buy anything. Very unprofessional way of running the business. Should keep better staff.

Store has so much potential but needs security as there is numerous shoplifters, drug addicts and homeless. I dont mind paying a higher price if it helps keep workers and customers safe. Until security is there full time i will no longer support this location.

Worst service. They dont let you use the washroom even after you buy something or get gas. Its always the same excuse. Not available. When in fact the staff use it. They lie. Not sure why

I had a disappointing experience at the 7-Eleven on 111 Ave and 109 St and feel the need to share my concerns. The customer service I received at this location was extremely poor, which was unexpected considering the reputation of 7-Eleven as a brand. While waiting in line to prepay for fuel and purchase some items, I encountered an incident with an employee (who refused to provide their name). They walked by me with a large stick, almost hitting me if I didn't move out of the way. They proceeded to the register and began conversing with another worker in a language I couldn't understand.During this time, another customer entered the store and the employee seemed to forget about my presence, even though I had been waiting for a considerable amount of time. They continued speaking in their language with the newly arrived customer. When I kindly reminded her about the importance of serving customers in the order they arrived, she looked at me and walked away without apologizing for the mistreatment. I was eventually assisted by another employee. It is essential for businesses in Canada, like 7-Eleven, to prioritize English as the main language of communication, especially when providing customer service. While I respect the diversity of languages, there is a time and place for everything. Customers should not be subject to disrespectful behavior or unprofessionalism from employees.7-Eleven, I hope you take this feedback seriously and reevaluate the hiring and training of your staff. Customers deserve better treatment, and it is within your power to provide a positive experience.

You would not want to go to this one as the worst customer service experience.Salem is Rude and unprofessional would not wish you and try to give you her attitude if she don’t want to serve you what you ordered. Wanted to get two slice of Pepperoni pizza but since she had to make a new batch just kept saying that I have cheese you can have that instead.I would try to avoid this location better one is down the street at 107 avenue where their is excellent staff and more stuff readily available.
