Called in to ask to switch a chip on Uber eats. The guy on the phone told me yes u can do that just make a note. I did so and when I received the order I got the wrong one. He proceeded to tell me he can’t view notes after the fact on Uber eats. Asked him to find a solution he said ok and never called me back.

My husband's car broke down after filling his gas up in 7-11 Glenridding branch in -35 winter evening with my 2 kids with him. When we were attempting to connect cables to boost his car with my car, a lady named Victoria approached us with no care in the world, no compassion or empathy, and asked us to leave right away as it was "against the law" to boost a car in a gas station as it may cause explosion. Though I found the reasoning weird, it was her approach that really pissed us off as she was asking us to leave right away as if we have options in that moment. Had she approached us nicely, it would have lessened the stress we were into. To think we are loyal patrons of this store, we are not going back there again.

The worst customer service from cashier ROSE…They used my phone app to redeem 2000 pts but they tap twice (4000) and they refused to give me back my 2000Instead of that she gave me the worst attitude and also refuse to call her manager or supervisor.Then she yells at me repetitive times “get out” and saying that the manager will be never there to talk to him.What kind of staff are you hiring there??

Went in to trade my $50 winning lottery ticket. And spent $20 on lotto/dill pickle dip. The cashier only gave me back $20. He pocketted the extra $10. Watch out people! Scammers work here.

For a convenience store very inconvenient will be going to the circle K a little further from my house. Shouldn't have to go - on my bike- further away to get intelligent customer service. Bad experience.

What a great experience at this location!I don’t usually leave reviews for convenient stores but my experience was that good I had to leave a one. It is 11:45 am on Wednesday February 16th/2022 both staff working at the time we’re unreal friendly and had great humour. Easily my most memorable time. Thanks you two

Tried to by monsters that are on sale for buy 3 for $6.50And male staff working around 7pm today kept on scanning 2monsters for 5 and + 1monster drink which brings a total of 8.75And i asked him to scan it one by one and then scan my membership like most other staff doAnd he kept saying he knows what he is doingHe kept doing same thing over and over so i just left with a taquitos. I asked for beef taco and cheese and instead he gave me cheese and jalapinosI have been with 7/11membership for very long time and today was the worst experience everThis staff needs to be trained again so then other customers dont complain

Very clean and friendly staff but the slurpees have no flavour and aren’t mixed right. Hopefully just them getting used to the machines and they will get better.
