This place, 5611 23 Ave has the best employees alongside the 711 on 34th street and 43rd millwoods, the first 711, the employees are extremely good to my children and I and were very regular customers in person and online I walked out once with a $175 dollar order and forgot to put up the tweezers under my phone I was holding and next time I went in I apologized and explained what happened and they were very happy and understanding, my kids love them and I worry when I see one of the employees at both locations upset in any way.
Extremely recommended, extremely helpful and generous staff and amazing selection of items that are hardly, if ever, low quality!
Fast, friendly, reliable and they handle issues with all sorts of customers and find solutions extraordinarily well!
The kids and I love you guys, you rock!

theres this indian girl in the store during around 7:30pm may 17, who take my order but really dissatisfied with the experience. Even though I was the first to arrive, I was ignored while those others who came after me were served immediately. its very unprofessional not to follow the first come first serve policy.

WORST 7 eleven location. !!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, The cashier ( appeared to be somali lady ) and manager ( Phillipino lady) will judge you by your race. They insulted me for no reason. Better spend your money at 7 eleven across road @ corner of 23av and 50th Street which is far better than these people. I was regular visitor to the store. Today my daughter went with me to buy lottomax ticket. She is 18+ but wasn't having id. So after refusal, I requested a lottomax by myself ( I am 50 +) but guess what!! She refused me also and I asked her how can she refuse me ? Do you need my ID also ? । took my ID and showed her but she refused again raising her voice making me mad, then she asked me why i am yelling ( I raised my voice in your response and that's a normal human behavior. You can talk to me in loud voice but i as a customer, cannot respond !!! ) How can you refuse a customer holding money in hand without valid reason, just because you refused my daughter and now its a prestige issue for yourself ????VERY POOR ATTITUDE !!! .There are millions of locations for me to buy a ticket but give me one valid reason for your refusal. Then she called manager and she too asked me to leave as they are not giving me ticket , So my question to them was how long they are gonna refuse me ticket I mean was that ok if I came out of store and re enter ? Total idiotic behavior !!! My daughter was stunned at their behavior as this was the first time she went to buy a ticket after 18. They did it wrong at first place and kept stand on that wrong thereafter, I am surprised how you guys got hired and get paid? No proffessionalism at all. Can't blame employee only because manager was also on the same page . My daughter bought ticket from next 7 eleven opposite to your store, but was it worth for you guys to loose a customer and earn a bad review ? I am filling complaint to WCLC and will follow up with them for course of action for this misconduct.Absolutely disgusting. HAD to give minimum 1 star.P.S. It was not legally restricted product ( tobacco etc.), it was a Lottery ticket which my daughter knows very well that she can't claim the prize if she is not 18+. Anyways, how the heck you can refuse a customer ( myself age 50 +) holding money in hand ????? Thnx ( but no thnx) for turning my family fun event into a nightmare. Totally unacceptable customer service.

No access to washroom, they always lie about the washroom that it’s not open or it’s out of order or somebody left the key inside the washroom just so that they don’t have to clean the washroom terrible service and super inconvenient for customers of the gas station and 7-Eleven, I don’t know why Petro Canada does deals with 7-Eleven.

So today (December 28th 2023) at around 10:20PM, these female employee's screwed me over, I tried redeeming my point's for an 8" Sub Sandwich, which I did, but this old hag tell's me, that it didn't go through, and that their system isn't working properly, so I wasted 4000 point's for nothing, and I had to pay full price for the 8" Sub Sandwich, 10 year's I've seen those same female employee's, or at least the older looking one, she tell's me I still have them in my account, which was a lie, I had 7000 something prior to going there, but I got just over 8000 after my buddy got me some with his purchase that same visit, I now got 4000 point's in my account, which should be correct yes, but I had to pay $13 for that sub and two small bag's of corn nut's, and no refund, or just give it to me for FREE, nada. I will not be returning to this location, you just lost yourself a customer, if they close down, like I closed CO-OP down, at Mill Woods TC, I'll be a happy customer.
