A man at the front desk was very rude and behaved with me very rudely. I visited first time at 7 eleven and it was worst experience.

This place is gross. I don't think they have cleaned it this week. Went for a slurpie. No cups at all of any size.
The machines were mostly empty and as I'm filling one I see black mold all around the spout. I told the staff and they didn't even care.

Just got charged a tetra-pak fee on a plastic 2L jug of milk (on top of the bottle fee). Watch these crooks. Will be boycotting this store now.

Just left there about 40 mins ago. I went in then a teenager came in with his dog and said there was someone outside threatening to shoot everyone who left this 7-11. The employees just stared at him. Didn't do anything. I repeated that the man standing outside said he would shoot everyone who left the 7-11. 2 other people came in said they heard him say the say thing. All 4 of us asked the 7-11 employees to call the police. They seemed to not understand what was being said to them. They stood there doing nothing. One of the witnesses said if they did not call the police he would. That is when 1 employee seemed to understand what was happening and they called the police. Ridiculous! These 3 employees didn't even understand what was being told to them. They actually scoffed when it was asked of them to call the police. How awful !!How are people that do not take simple, obvious threats seriously at night, like this employed? A child came to you and asked for help and you scoffed and did nothing !! Disgusting.

As always these convenient stores are pricey. Always fun too go too the store with the kids for a treat. A lot of these stores have closed so nice this location is still open. I am glad too see 2 workers at night as I'm sure it gets busy and with skip the dishes orders too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of hot food too chose from as well.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper and piss everywhere. Old Asian lady was extremely rude and said "no" when I asked for toilet paper... gross

Everyone who says the staff here is rude are probably coming in with a badd attitude and are receiving the same energy as they are putting out. The staff at this 7eleven are some of the kindest people. I come in everyday, not because I need to get my stuff here, but because I enjoy that little bit of social interaction with such good people everyday. Saeed is probably one of my favourite as he is such a classic fella with a classic heart. The manager is such a ball of positive energy! Always smiling and joking. He treats the kids that come in from the schools with respect. The store is clean. Well stocked always. Even has a liquor store feature now. Big ups to the community within this business.

Absolutely disgusted with the cleanliness of this location. We came in to get some candy and try the new flavors of slurpees. The candy was covered with dust, the floors were so dirty and super sticky, they only had two sizes of cups for both slurpees and fountain pop. The counters were covered in slurpee and pop and were sticky too. The coffee bar was covered in a sticky mess with garbage all over it. We didnt realize till we already paid and left that the slurpees were super watered down. I was super disappointed
