I work as bylaw and went to use bathroom at 09:08 pm 24/10/23 . Staff member said it is out of order , when i ask where do you go they were speechless. I felt they lied to me .

Lady serving the pizza decided touching people’s food with both hands while only wearing one glove without washing hands was a okay practice. This is the second time it has happened to me.

Be wary of paying a different price at the till than what it says on the shelf. I bought some whipping cream that said $4.19 by the fridge and was charged 5.83 before tax at the till. When inquired with the person at the front, he didnt even bother checking to see that it did say $4.19 and he told me maybe I was looking at the wrong price. This is a neighborhood 7 eleven and Id think twice before shopping here.

The person behind the counter is terrific at handling many things at once while making sure each customers individual needs are met, no wonder why it's so busy!

I visited around 2 AM and wanted to buy 5 chicken wings. The associate refused, saying he wouldn't cook only 5 wings and would only cook if I ordered more. When I insisted that I only needed 5 wings, he started telling me that I should do dieting . This is unacceptable behavior. I think 7-Eleven should teach their associates proper manners.

Not happy today at all, I am a regular to this location, was on a walk today and unfortunately had the wrong leash for my dog, so i popped my head in and asked the employee if i could run in and grab a coffee (it was all i wanted) and head out if i kept my dog on a tight leash (mind you she is not even a foot tall, very well behaved, wasnt going off to try to get people or stock off the shelves or anything she sat and stayed put beside me as the cashier kept his eyes on us, which to me is reasonable) and he said it was fine, when out of nowhere as im putting the lid on my coffee another employee comes out and is very rude to me about my animal. I am aware that because of the food dogs are often not allowed in the store, but i was given the okay and i was doing exactly what i told the cashier i was going to do and he had no problem, the man who came out from the back (he had a hairnet on so im assuming a cook) was very rude about it and even dropped an F bomb, i told him i had spoken to the cashier and that i was given the okay to just come grab a coffee and he was very snarky and demeaning, i paid for my coffee and left. I dont think i will be returning, there is much nicer ways to handle the situation rather than talking to me the way that he did, he didnt even ask if my dog was a service dog (shes a service in training) and he was just overall very rude.

Worst chicken taste, I can taste all oil in my mouth. Even the staff is worst, running from work .After that the taste is worst .Needs alot alot improvement.

Manager is rude, degrading towards women. Never smiles. Never friendly. This is our constant experience at this location with this manager. 9/10 times there is no paper in the pumps for receipts. The staff has changed. And not for the better. There are literally 2 staff members that are friendly otherwise this is a poorly run business. Do better.
