I'd love if I could use the car wash card at this location. I' m sure that this car wash is the 1st stop when folks pick up their cars after a flight.

My husband has had some bad experiences there. Two times the gas pump stopped on him when he had prepaid for a higher amount, and when he when to ask for assistance they disregarded his complaint completely and told him they would just charge him for the amount it stopped at instead of fixing the issue and getting him the full amount he needed. Even when he pressed the button for help they didn't even respond on the speaker and just came out through the door and yelled from the main entrance. This was not during covid time. There was witnesses and they said they do this all the time as well so this is obviously an ongoing problem with this gas station.Another time my husband went with his F-150 truck through the car wash and folded his mirrors in just in case of potential damage. The worker said something along the lines of "oh dont worry you dont have to fold your mirrors in, it won't damage", my husband was hesitant but the worker was very adamant about this. During the wash, one of the side mirrors shattered pretty bad, and the casing around it also got damaged. When he told that same worker this, he just said "sorry not liable" and pointed to the sign saying so.My husband pointed out that is was extremely bad business regardless of what the sign said because he had assured him it would not damage his side mirror so not to fold in his mirror. It ended up costing $85 to fix. Not happy at all.The gas station is right beside the airport too, which is too bad because it doesn't give newcomers a good initial start to their landing in Edmonton.

Worst touch less car wash I’ve ever been through. Only thing that came out clean was my trucks tailgate. Don’t waste your money
