“I'm giving a great comment because some times it's worth it to acknowledge great customer service even when nothing was purchase in the moment. I was looking at my Sony Earbuds that I already had purchase. I asked if she had any replacement parts for these earbuds. She said no but offered me something different that worked with the Sony. The item was free provided by another brand. She said, take it...it's free. I was so surprised that she didn't even try to sell me something else. Thank you who ever you are. I travel a lot and I will encourage your hard work and be back to purchase an item !”
