Poor customer service. The employee kept on talking with her fellow employees while we were waiting for help. She didn’t even know what kind of jeans were displayed and where. When i told her what i am looking for and if she can help, she showed me something else and i have to tell her this is a different style from style i asked. Poor attitude employee. .1pm today.

This is an outlet of Calvin Klein.... Nothing too much but great quality as usual. A number of discounts available at the store on few selected items....The staff were very helpful when needed in this store and the lighting in the store was very good so making it easy to get what you wanted quickly......

Went here with my husband the other day and the girl helping us was so sweet! I think she was brunette and was wearing a leather jacket. All the staff seemed available to help and it was a nice experience. The store was also very clean and organized. Would definitely come back, much better than the outlet near Calgary.

It's an outlet so you can't expect much but they regularly have discounts. Enroll as a member and you can have 15% off on every order. I got a very nice pair of snake print shiny leggings on the clearance plus member discount. It's$12 I paid.

11. Nov. 2020. 16:50hJust now complaining to Alberta human rights office. Family of 4 all medical exemp with regular medical documentation refused entry because Bylaw about wearing mask. SOOOO frustrated on store. Menager was strict following "retarded" company rules. Will update after answer from Alberta human right office..Calling all to boycot this fascist store..
