“Visiting from Oregon, was up in Cypress Hills hiking and our jeep got a rock stuck up in the brakes. Ben was amazing at helping us to get the issue resolved while closing on a Friday night. The staff was very nice and did the job quickly to get us on our way. Would 100% recommend coming here, not only did they fix the problem they were very gracious and kind!”

My dad called me early morning to tell me his car was vibrating and engine light was on. His car never gave him trouble in the past. I was going to go and pick them up but instead I did a quick Google search and came across Southwest Auto, spoke to Dan and told him the situation. “We have been Mobil 1 customers since it opened. Their service is excellent especially on the lube side. Recently we used a lube facility in Strathmore due to work obligations. Absolutely the worst experience! One bad experience doesn’t mean all other oil change places are bad. It does however give you confidence that Scott, Kyle and John are providing your vehicle the top level of service.”
“These guys are super quick and helpful I went in last minute cause I got a flat tire that needed fixing and I was helped immediately. In and outta there in 20 minutes, Ryan was the one who helped with my car found the problem easy peasy and although he's younger he's got the knowledge. “I had a suspension problem with my truck a couple years ago. The shop I would usually use couldnt get my truck in as everyone was on holidays. A good buddy of mine recommended North Hill. I went to see them, and after 5 mins of discussion, decided to have them do the work. Not only could they do the work right away, but the quoted price was reasonable and fair. They actually got the work done earlier than first discussed but did a few little extras that didnt change that price. I give these guys full credit for their workmanship but also staying true to pricing. Now when I have a problem, my first call is to North Hill.”
“I had an amazing experience with Daffy's!On a road trip to the Okanagan from Sask. stopped to fill my Mercedes S Class in Medicine Hat and the gas lid wouldn't open, called home to my local dealer for help and after 15 minutes on hold with a computer I gave up, tried another and was told to look it up in the manual, Dah already did that lol. Anyways after almost an hour my gal found Daffy's on google, wheeled over and within 15 minutes had me back on the road! He analyzed the problem with his techy machine in the parking lot and explained the problem and what to do if it happened again, I learned more from him in a short time that I had learned in the past 12 years of owning it!Wishing I didn't live so far away or I would have Daffy's do all my service needs.He made our holiday great, would have had to have it towed to Calgary had they not been there, I can't say enough good about you guys!Thanks again”
“During March 2024, we were on a hunt for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. After the local dealership was unable to provide us with what we were looking for, we decided to carry out a nation wide search… Eventually, we found what we were looking out west, in Medicine Hat, Alberta. A quick phone call, lead us to James Thorne, a Sales Consultant with Standard Jeep Ram. From the very start, James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable… He was quick to research and provide answers to any questions that we had, and his expertise eventually led us to a different vehicle at another Alberta dealership. After supplying us with the information on the new vehicle, James used his charisma and negotiation skills to secure the vehicle in question, through a local dealership trade… Unfortunately, on the verge of making the purchase, we realized that there was a technical aspect of the vehicle about which we were apprehensive. “I am extactic with the amazing service and integrity of Hat Alignment!!! I was told by a different company that something was broken that they had seen when my tires were changed and that the warranty would be void if I didn't get it fixed immediately. I told them that when I phoned in but they were honest and said there was only a minor adjustment that was needed. I was prepared to spend a few hundred but was relieved it was only 100!! “Traveling from Winnipeg to Calgary in extreme cold and our duramax had issues with freezing fuel and frozen DEF, we called Davis while limping into town and the service dept agreed to stay a bit late to get our truck and trailer in the warm service bay for the night.
