WAS a good place. They are too expensive. Ex; Gas around town is 1.41 lit while they are 1.50 lit. Even with Air Miles/ MasterCard. Also, if you use both cards inside, make sure the pump outside are changed. Twice they didn't discount at the pumps.

Station is a JOKE.Car wash & pumps are often down, or they're out of regular fuel!!?Not what I expect from Shell... who's running this backwards operation??Don't waste your time & avoid this location.

Overcharged me even tho I asked several questions. Appeared to be willing to say anything to get that money. Made a point of stopping here, but not again. Many other Shell stations. Many other non-Shell stations. Pass this one by.

Biggest rip of artists in town. I had tried to inquire about being overcharged when I had purchased drinks there and I didn't notice at the time they put a USB charger when I had never purchased one. I went back the next day a talked with a lady and she took my receipt and wrote down my name and number and told me she would call me later that day which she never did. I just wanted a explanation why I was overcharged and wanted the money back that I am owed. There gas is the most expensive in Drayton Valley which I have no idea why? They need to hire better staff b/c these staff that work there now all cover for one another.
