Incompetent pharmacy staff. Despite the fact I've gotten WCB medication at this location before the worker behind the counter insisted that it was impossible to enter in the claim and I'd have to pay upfront. I tried to explain that I've done it previously and he just needs to insert the WCB number but he wouldn't listen even though I kept trying to advocate for myself. I ended up paying upfront because I needed the medication but if it would have been more expensive (as some medications are) I would have been unable to access treatment. Needs more training and staff who actually understand how to do their job. Never had this issue until today.

Why do you guys close at 6 pm, most people in this city work until 5 or 6 every day. ?
